Much better than I had hoped for ?
I needed something lighthearted and this one just ticked all the boxes for me in spite of my initial hesitation. I loved the characters and the rather goofy storyline more than expected. I think that it's the concept of someone turning into a food item that might be throwing people off. If she had turned into a cat or something cute that they could have interacted with maybe people wouldn't have been hesitant to try it but honestly, the novelty if that drew me in. Either that or I was being a bit oppositional and just had to see for myself and I'm glad I did.Was this review helpful to you?

Oddly Enjoyable.
A really unique series. Initially watched it for Ahn Jae Hong and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was created by the creators of "Be Melodramatic". Despite that, the two series are worlds apart.Story: Unpredictable. Can't call it a waste of time since you don't really get anything of meaning out of most other dramas either. It's perfect to watch when you just want to have a laugh.
I was disappointed in myself when I cried during this series but the writer should definitely be applauded for being able to make a series like this be emotional.
I loved the montage of them talking about "Be Melodramatic" and going as far as to use the OSTs.
The scene of Baek Joong applying anti-septic was hilarious!
Cast: The cast definitely surprised me since most of these actors are well-known and also really good actors. A number of the actors had acted in "Be Melodramatic" as well. Each actor suited the character they were playing.
Music: Pretty good. Some of the songs are in my playlist. (Specifically the theme songs of Be Melodramatic. If it isn't obvious, I really liked that drama.)
Rewatch Value: Not that high.
Overall: Not everyone is gonna like this series, but I found this hilarious. It's different. As someone else said, this could be described as "Peak Comedy".

Sorry but I thought it was a waste of time...
I am sorry for all the people who loved this drama but I hated it... The plot is fun but I didn't expect all the story to be litterally only a girl who became a chicken nugget and people trying to save her. But the end was too disappointing for me, like aliens ??? Please nooooooo :'( Very sorry but I didn't like it overall.However, the cast was fun and each characters were nice and full of joy (which is why I put 5 stars)

I had no expectations for this!
So, in the beginning, when I heard of this drama, it sounded all pointless. K-dramas mostly don't have such sci-fic topics. Hence, I had little to no expectations for this. I decided to watch it for time pass. But, it actually exceeded my expectations! The story is pretty loyal to the web novel and gives a cartoonish vibe. The actors could not have been better! The acting is absolutely great. Somethings could have been explained a little better, for example the ending scene could have been extended to just before Min-ah enters the machine and then Mr.Ko could stop her there. Overall, it was a light and good watch. It has the perfect dry humour! Episodes are small but will keep you hooked for sure! It's great to see the change of genre once in a while in a K-drama. Also, this thing needs to be understood that Min-ah played by Kim Yoo Jung is not necessarily the main character just because it is played by a famous actress. The two MLs should definitely get more focus as they are the one's taking the drama. Many people would get into this because of Kim Yoo Jung (I did too) but then complain that she didn't get enough screentime. Do understand that her role was to be converted into a chicken nugget and so it's just appropriate that she doesn't have much screen time. The acting of the two MLs is worth the praise. Good Enough
Korean Drama '' Chicken Nugget '' is a crazy fantasy-sci fi - comedy about a crazy-out-of-the-box adventure.The drama is short and it manages to handle smoothly the story, which could have been all over the place and become ridiculous quite easily. Hence, the story ends up being odd, yes, but enjoyable enough.
The pace was, in addition, pretty fast, but suited the story. The CGI was pretty good as well. Also, the action scenes were entertaining and well-executed. Moreover, the story had some sensitive-sweet parts which were mostly referred to the family drama.
Finally, the performances were all great by every actor and actress in the cast and the cameos were enjoyable.
So, overall, six out of ten.

It could have been better if...
Watching this, we took it for what it was...nothing to be taken seriously. Excessive cursing made the show unwatchable. Looks like they were trying to make it more funny by adding more curse words since they couldn't find anything else to say, but actually made the show worse. It had it's funny moments but was degraded by all of the unnecessary cursing. We only finished the show since we started it, and we couldn't wait till the last episode to move on to the next K-drama show.Was this review helpful to you?

Ho trovato questo drama originale, divertente, sarcastico, gli attori sono bravi, credo anche che si siano divertiti a recitare. Si ride molto, nella demenzialità delle idee trovate da chi lo ha scritto, ma, come spesso succede, il crescendo della storia a un certo punto si blocca e precipita, secondo me. A me è rimasto l'amaro in bocca proprio all'ultimo episodio, dove sembra che si sia cercato di terminare il tutto in qualche modo, senza grande genialità, ma in fretta e furia. Pensé que este K-drama iba a estar mejor. Tiene humor pero la serie no tiene sentido. Vale que esté hecha con esa intención pero no sé. Es entretenida en algunas partes, en otras me aburrí bastante.Creo que lo que más me gustó ha sido el cast, tanto los personajes principales como los secundarios o los que hacen un cameo.
¿Intriga? Pues muy poca.
Obviamente, habrá gente que lo vea y le encante, pero la verdad, en mi caso, no se que decir sobre este drama, solo que me defraudó un poco.
