Han Seok Kyu's Mystery Thriller K-Drama "Doubt" Gears Up for Release

MBC's new mystery thriller Doubt has confirmed its release date for October 11. 

Doubt follows Jang Tae Su (Han Seok Kyu), nation's top profiler who comes to know about his daughter's secret intertwined with a murder case he's investigating. 

In the teaser poster, Jang Tae Su is seated in the center of an interrogation room, his face wrought with anguish. Jang, a profiler and a father who is raising his daughter all by himself, is caught in a fierce struggle between trust and doubt as his daughter becomes involved in a murder case.

The poster piques viewers' curiosity about whether he is the one conducting the interrogation or being interrogated himself.

Dr. Romantic actor Han Seok Kyu will bring to life the character of a father who fears uncovering the truth, but desperately tries to protect his daughter.  

The production team commented, "The story of Jang Tae Su, who is torn between his desire to believe in his child and his obligation as a profiler to question everything, will provide both dramatic fun and deep emotional resonance. We will bring a well-crafted work that combines a strong plot, meticulous direction, and superb acting performances."

Doubt will premiere on October 11. The K-drama's global OTT service is yet to be revealed.
