Lee Joo Bin confirms her next work after "Queen of Tears"
Park Ji Hoon and Roh Yoon Seo will possibly be the main lead of the upcoming K-drama "Bastard" (working title).
On January 16, it was reported that Park Ji Hoon and Roh Yoon Seo will work together for the upcoming K-drama "Bastard."
Park Ji Hoon's side responded to the reports. According to Maroo Entertainment, "Bastard" is one of the projects that have been offered to the idol actor.
Roh Yoon Seo's agency MAA also shared their side. The agency confirmed that Roh Yoon Seo that the actress did receive the offer to lead the upcoming K-drama but eventually decided not to take the offer and star in the series.
"Bastard" will tell the story of a high school student who lives with a psychopath killer father. The story will be based on the popular webtoon of the same name.
Park Ji Hoon got the offer to play the role of Sun Woo Jin. He lives alone with his killer father. He will do his best to save a transfer student from his psychopath murderer father.
According to reports, "Bastard" will most likely premiere on an OTT platform.
Park Ji Hoon received praise last year for his brilliant performance in the K-drama "Weak Hero Class 1." Many are already anticipating the next season of the upcoming series.
If Park Ji Hoon confirms his casting, this will be his second K-drama for the year. He is also set to make his film debut through the movie "Audrey" with Kim Jung Nan, Kim Yi Kyung, Kim Ki Doo, Ha Shi Eun, and Oh Kyung Joo.
Meanwhile, Roh Yoon Seo is currently starring in the tvN K-drama "Crash Course in Romance" with Jeon Do Yeon, Jung Kyung Ho, Lee Bong Ryun, Oh Eui Shik, and Shin Jae Ha. She made her acting debut in 2022 through the hit K-drama "Our Blues." Despite it being her debut project, she already received great praise and became one of the rising stars of 2022. She also appeared in the Netflix original movie "20th Century Girl.'
