Super Junior's Choi Shi Won is returning to the small screen after 2 years!

According to multiple insiders on June 9th, Choi Shi Won is confirmed to lead the upcoming TVING drama "Oh My Lord!" which is scheduled to be produced in the second half of the year. 

The story of "Oh My Lord" will be based on the webtoon "Drinking City Virgins." It will focus on the three women who gather together to drink and share stories about their lives.

Han Sun Hwa, Lee Sun Bin, and APINK's Jung Eun Ji are all reviewing the offer to join the upcoming drama. 

"Oh My Lord" is set to have 10 episodes and it will exclusively be available on OTT platform TVING.

This drama will be added to TVING's upcoming dramas such as "The Witch's Diner," "Scripting Your Destiny," and more.

Choi Shi Won made his acting debut even before he became an idol. He had minor roles in dramas and eventually became a singer and debuted in 2005 through the group Super Junior. He is both active in promoting as an actor and a singer. 

"Oh My Lord!" will be Choi Shi Won's return to acting after 2 years. He last starred in the 2019 KBS drama "My Fellow Citizens!" with Lee Yoo Young, Kim Min Jung, Tae In Ho, Kim Eui Sung, and more. He was also part of several dramas such as "Revolutionary Love," "She Was Pretty." "The King of Dramas," "Poseidon," "Athena: Goddess of War," "Spring Waltz," and more. 

Choi Shi Won also actively participated in the promotions of Super Junior's 15th-anniversary album titled "The Renaissance" which was released on March 16. 

Aside from being an actor and idol, Choi Shi Won is also an ambassador of UNICEF East Asia and the Pacific.
