Need help in identifying from video if is Drama or OST

Need help in identifying from video if is Drama or OST.

I didn't success to find more information on the video if it's drama or not.

About the song i only know Sandy Lam perform with this song called "My Dearest" in the show The Singer 2017.

I could be wrong, but for me the last actress is Yang Mi..

I don't have much experience with chinese dramas or chinese actors and actresses.

I tried to search them on google "search by photo" and i didn't succeed.

I also asked in Reddit and Facebook and no reply yet.

So first part of the video is Yang Mi and Li Yi Feng and in the second part is someone who look like Zheng Kai then I still curious who is the last actress in the end of the video.

The first ~9 seconds of the video is zheng kai and another actress (not sure who she is), and then the last ~4 seconds of the video is li yi feng and yang mi, so the last actress at the end of the video you are curious about should be yang mi.
