Can you name this movie?

I wanna re-watch this movie but I can't remember the name of it, I hope someone knows what movie I'm referring to thank you. 

Things I know:

ML is rich and likes a woman who doesn't like him and I think she is an actress in the movie or other wise famous. 

FL helps ML to attract the woman he likes. 

FL helps ML in exchange for money or agreeing to work with her I think I'm not sure. 

ML is eccentric. 

It's very similar to My Fair Lady Starring Audrey Hepburn except the roles are reversed. 

can you narrow down the country?

After thinking about it some more I don't think the movie is Japanese, I think it might be Chinese or Korean or possibly Taiwanese.

Full House..... There are several versions (Korean,Taiwanese) 

None of these are the MOVIE I'm looking for but thank you for trying.
