A similar one would be It's Okay, That's Love which is also a mix of psychological issues, past tragedy, comedy and romance. There's also Rooftop Prince which is one of the most hilarious dramas I've ever watched. It's a time travel drama that's 95% modern and 5% historical and it does have some shocking revelations.
