The Phone App from Hell

Dear Community, I've been trying to remember the name of a drama/movie (?) in which a mysterious phone app fulfills wishes in exchange for performing future acts.  A troubled office worker gets sucked into it--first a kiss, then money, and ultimately way more than he bargained for.  Google was no help.  My hope is that someone here knows the title.
