HELPPPP FIND ME THIS DRAMA

Hello, I'm having trouble remembering the title of the drama. Here's what I remember:

-it's a historical drama (im not sure if it was korean or chinese but i think it was a chinese drama)

-several princes plead for the female lead in front of the emperor

-the girl looks like one of the prince's mother, and looks like one of the emperor's wives

this MIGHT have happened in the drama:

-female lead makes a wheelchair for the emperor

-uses ice to help the emperor cool off 

Most likely Palace, but idr if she looked like one of the prince's mother/emperor's wife

The other scenarios are from eps 9-10 though; pleading in end of ep 9, wheelchair and ice in the middle of ep 10!
