I can't upload photos

What's wrong with MDL tonight? I can't upload photos for existing profiles as well as for new profiles I'm creating. I keep getting a notice that "The requested image does not exist or is no longer available." How is this possible when the photo is actually available? Thanks!  

There was already a thread before like that . But yup! I'm having this problem when i m adding a title!
