During my teen years, my dad would often repeat two mottos to me:

1) There's a time and place for everything, and it's called College.

2) Eagles may soar, but weasels never get sucked into jet engines.

There's one I remember someone told me awhile ago,

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

I like it. It's about learning from your mistakes and becoming a better person as you experience ups and downs in life.

Haha this one always reminds me of George "W" Bush cos he got it really really wrong haha I guess he wont be remembered for his intelligence or eloquence

I hadn't even heard of this before. I looked it up just now, and it made me laugh. I for the life of me can't understand how this man managed to get re-elected.

oh i remember another fave quote of mine from one of my fave books.
"all animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others." from animal farm.

everytime i remember this line i smile cuz the book is so true but so funny. it's something that we see out there in the real world but don't even notice. the truth is even if everyone said that there is equal rights for all anyone who takes a second can find multiple disparities in this so called social truth. and at the end of the day i think i am the most equal animal of any animal out there. :D
