There are some more J-Pop MV songs on YT, but some of them are region blocked and restricted to Japan-only songs like Little Glee Monster.

I'm tempted to recommend 70/80s seminal electronic pop band Yellow Magic Orchestra (YMO) because of their influence on Japanese popular music in general. (And because I'm currently obsessed with them and would love to drag another person into YMO hell/heaven.)

Joking aside, since you're already familiar with Japanese bands from anime, what about picking several songs that you like and run them on Soundcloud or Spotify or even YouTube? Like it or not, their algorithm are pretty good, and you can get good recommendations based on stuff that you're already interested in.

But the video you get it from an illegal website and upload it on Youtube and Spotify will always be taken down by the copyright laws.
