How come J-Pop MV are short ver!

Hello, as far as i am K-Pop fan, i'd also love to litsen to the J-Pop songs too,  but when i stumble on the Avex songs, they are all short ver. How come they are short ver?

And also, why do Japan's copyright laws don't allow full MV either? I am somewhat confused and disappointed.
