Drama where the ML has a condition of some sort?

Looking for a drama where the ML has some sort of condition ( I use this word broadly). A condition like in Falling for Innocence, where the ML has a heart disease. They don't have to fit perfectly into what i'm asking, it can be something like Angel's Last Mission: Love ; the ML is an angel and has to hide it, in other words, a condition. :p 

I essentially just want it to fit these parameters:

1. Some condition that affects the ML often, preferably in a bad way (eg Duel, Perfume, I'm Not a Robot, The Guest)
2. The ML faints a lot and/or goes to the hospital a lot 
3. The FL cries at their side and/or worries a lot 
4. The ending doesn't matter it can be a tragedy or a happy ending 

It's Okay That's Love - I won't tell you his condition because the reveal is done really well in the show. It definitely fits your criteria.
