I was reading this manga where the female lead liked the male lead, but then a childhood friend of hers comes back into her life and begins sweet talking her. She thinks she develops feelings for the second male lead and can't decide between them. She and the male lead have a fight so she decides to choose the second male lead because she thinks he's better (she's mad when she thinks that). As she's going to give the second male lead her answer, she finds out something happens to the male lead and she rushes to his side and realizes that her doing that, she loves the male lead and only platonically likes the second male lead. The second male lead continues to try and get with her and that causes problems for the leads, but in the end they are happy together.
Is there anything similar to this? Doesn't have to be exact.
Also, if the male lead finds out who she was going to choose and gets mad, that would be interesting.
