no access to MDL through Opera browser

I cannot open MDL website in Opera browser:

A request to Admins: please, fix the problem with the site.

Different: 36.0.2130.80 – upgrade impossible:
"Opera 36 is the last Chromium-based version that is going to run on Windows XP and Vista, Opera 37 won’t run on these older Windows OS"

If the problem is on my side, I'm sorry I troubled you.
This version of Opera works for all other websites I visit so that's why I was mistaken. It also worked for the previous version of MDL.
