Scrolling Problems

I am unable to scroll through things like latest reviews, new trailers and even the Birthday at the bottom of the website. What is going on?

I kept getting spammed with " win a gift or free cellphone"

Ugh. Been trying to get the ad company to remove those stupid ads for the last two weeks.  Will email them again.
