Reviews mention of spoilers

I just noticed in my reviews that a couple that I used the word "spoiler" in but saying "without mentioning any spoilers", they've both been marked as "may contain spoilers", yet there aren't any that I'm aware of as I was careful not to.

So is this an automated thing where it picks up on the word "spoiler" and automatically classifies it as that?

Is there a way to find out which it was, whether reported or mistakenly switched? And if they were reported, then what it was that someone thought was a spoiler?
