Unable to quote post; says it's too long

I tried to quote this post:

and got this error:

It seems like a bug, since quoting feature doesn't quote the post that was quoted in previous post (in this case: mine, long post) and the post I'm trying to quote is only 121 characters long + link is 40 characters long.
