Edited something but Total Edits did not change

I edited few items in a drama page, but it did not count in Total Edits of my profile. 

Is there any specific criteria for an edit to be considered as part of "Total Edits"? or is it a bug?

Thanks Meng for the info! Now I see new numbers on my Total Edits. I didn't know about it and was thinking of bugs since the edited information have long been updated while there was no changes on Total Edits number. So, glad to know it is how it works... :)
