When did you rate it?

3 months ago. There are many movies I rated and they show as N/A, but if I remember correctly, this one used to show 8.0 and then it disappeared.

I won't update unless someone rates it again.

Oh, so I probably remembered it wrong. So 'Borrowed Life' having no rating is unrelated, but everything else I mentioned used to have ratings that disappeared after I watched and rated these movies.

Right, it would require someone else to rate it or it won't update again.

Another with a N/A rating but I know at least one person rated it:

And this one, like the movie in last post in this thread, is showing an incorrect score according to the chart of scores given:

https://mydramalist.com/11270-nymph/statistics

There is one score of 6, one of 6.5, yet the score on the main page is 6.5, with only one voter even though there are two total.

And a related question: on the score bar chart, I see that the "number of votes" always says 0, even though the actual bars are showing up correctly as representing different numbers of votes and the percentages are correct.  I was trying to see if the total number of voters matched but the numbers aren't showing up in the chart.

We have found the issue and it may take up to 7 days to update or after someone update or add a new rating.

Hi. I just wanted to add that I have noticed this not only in movies, but in dramas too. I started watching these dramas recently and they definitely had a rating then, but now they only show N/A .

I think now that the problem has been fixed, all of the dramas and movies in the database show the N/A currently. I think it gets resolved when someone newly rates it.

It seems that the problem is back - yesterday ratings for some movies disappeared and changed to N/A. Is it still fixable by simply rating it so it'll revert back to normal?

Hi, can you give me some examples?

UPDATE: We found the issue, will push an update soon.
