Thank you, I found it on naver all ready. After that I check on MDL before posting it, and I found out someone already posted it so I posted it in the discussion. 

I was speaking about software to modify the picture and translate it. Luckily you found or translated it yourself.

I am finishing "story of a pear girl". And I am going for  "Gangnam B-Side"

In the midst of a lot of kidnappings a demoted detective gets involved.
