Wook and Jonga feel more like siblings than potential lovers, I hope they wont go lovers route *sigh*
eh I dunno. They played lovers in s1 too when they worked undercover, plus they hinted at that romance thing in s1 as well. It really does not surprise me that they are going into that direction with s2 too. I am more surprised that they don't do it more noticeable this time around XD

For someone who wasn/t blown away by the first season, is this playing in the same division or did they go the…
difficult to say. The drama is not done by OCN this time around and instead done by tvn, for me personally that kinda shows. Instead of the more angsty approach that was done with s1, s2 is more focused on the humor. Which it really does do well.
Overall I do feel more drawn to the drama this season compared to two years ago when s1 was airing. I think tvn does a slightly different take on it and that works well for the drama.

So this ends with the most evil cliffhanger possible......I really want to know what happens next...
Either way, it is a good drama. Quite gripping, even when the bullying-scenes were not easy to watch. Still the complexity of the characters are very unique. Especially the female lead with her honest answers was a nice surprise. She was utterly unpredictable.
The only thing that truly did bother me a lot was the medical inaccuracy of the colorblindness. I wish they would have done that either right or chose a different genetic problem. That truly did bother me personally a lot.
Otherwise, great drama and can't wait for season 2 :)

Very well done drama till episode 12. The ending, as previously said, was packed with too much content in a too short amount of time. It would have been better if they had either done some things slightly different or made one more episode out of it. Otherwise the case and the characters were full of surprised and very complex.

This broke my heart. Absolutely fantastic drama. It is so raw and realistic, so extremely brutal in showing the viewer how hard and unfair life can be. One gets introduced to these 4 friends and is pulled along the ride. The drama might not be a crime-drama per say, although the case truly is gripping till the end, but the story of that specific friendship is what really makes it stand so much out. Plus the way it was filmed and generally directed. Truly a gem

how is this drama so far? Recommend to watch?
it is very realistic. I wouldn't truly go as far and call it a crime drama though. It is more the sad story of a group of friends and what life does to them.
I'd recommend it

wow that was a big surprise.
The story reminded me from the method a lot of Murder in the Horizon Tower, although all the different storylines were told in a way that felt in the middle too much stretched. Reason for this was that many scenes were repeated from different viewpoints. However, with episode 9 it became absolutely gripping again. One surprise after the next. Very well done.
Acting wise and cinematography was amazing.
Generally a really well done crime drama, 9/10 for me.

I just love how Wook got after the lady for spreading all those rumors and telling that poor girl those awful…
yeah saw it the same way. I kinda hope the girl ends up completely staying with them. She adds something to that trio that is exactly what was missing

I have read the book before watching this drama and that might have been a not so smart decision. While the book is absolutely amazing, it does make it very hard for the drama to deliver a well composed story. Especially when it is conducted in the way that this drama is build up. Of course many scenes are left out or slightly changed but generally the drama is following the book, however the way the drama switches timeline does bother me a tad bit. I would have preferred it if they kept the way the book narrates the story. Nonetheless, well acted, well directed

Entertaining short drama.
Acting wise it is well done, story wise you are curious enough to finish it and not feel bored. However it has quite a lot of scenes that make one question the drama logic, for example somehow only one cell phone seems to work without any real explanation why or how that came to be. Some relationships are not truly developed well either. For example there is a mother-son duo but we don't truly find out how their problems came to be.
Thus, while it is full of suspense and action, the viewer would have profited if they had stretched this a little bit more and developed the characters and specific scenes more.
Thus, 7/10 stars for me

Does this drama have a happy ending??
it does not truly have either. The drama has the perfect ending for its absolutely complex characters. But I would not give it the cliché name of "happy" or "sad". It is just absolutely perfect for the drama. So maybe a mixture of both?
