I think it's his trauma speaking. He us just coping with laughing, not caring at all and feeling detached. He seems really unstable and disinhibited, even before the whole hit and run-helping dispose a death body-being used for sex and thrown on the internet shit show. I think he is still in shock from the whole thing, not in his right mind. He looked depressed before and now just going with the flow with no breaks or concience aka manic or in shock.

He is mentally unstable as fck... He already was before the whole hit and run, friend kills someone and he helps dispose the body, used for sex and thrown on the internet situation. He was missing school, drinking every day, ... trying to numb himself it seems. He hates his father and we don't know much about his childhood, but it looks like it fcked him up real good though. His disinterest and detachment from reality are alarming to say the least. I don't think he doesn't care, I think it's him coping with the shock of it all, just laughing it off. It is quite common for people with trauma to laugh it off,
not react at all and be detached from reality.

The act of Tyme getting at his father is what got Great interested. He hates his father to his guts and is kinda detached from reality. He wasn't even in a healthy state of mind before running over the suicide lady and helping his friend dispose a body. Remember him drinking every day, skipping school and exams,... he was already in a what seems depressed or at least emotionally unstable trying to numb himself state before all that happened. He didn't feel valued and probably was used before so it didn't shock him. In facr I think he was in shock the whole time, starting from the hit and run. He just stayed in that state the whole unfolding of events and wasn't in control of himself so it seems.

I also think Tyme had an agenda since the beginning, but you can see him doubting himself a few times in this episode. Like when he is about to post it, he was thinking about Great for a moment. Also he was shocked about Great's reaction laughing at the sex tape reveal and he had a hard time cutting Great off after he received the dirty money. He also didn't expect him to show up and save him at the gambling house. He is mostly using him for his own good of course. But in my opinion (delusion?😅) I see some interest or emotion when it comes to Great. Also when Great pulled off the mask and let him go, there were also a lot of mixed emotion in his eyes.

I think the sex tape was to destroy the company image, like Thyme discussed with the father. But indeed, him not knowing about Great not being involved also stroke me as strange. But then again his brother Korn also had nothing to do with it until recently. They come together as a family a lot, and Korn worked in the company before, so maybe those aspects were enough to assume for Thyme.

I got kinda confused with the storyline and characters because I am watching the on1y one as well 🙈 They have similar vibe but I have to say I prefer the acting and production of the on1y so far. I really want to like this one too though, maybe I will pause this and watch them separately. I need to watch a finished Addicted for my own mental well-being 🥲😄

Lol 🙈 I guess I shouldn't be that harsh, I am probably a bit like her as well. But yeah... I really dislike that she didn't seem to learn anything about that or take any action to improve her insecurity and communication skills.

This!!! I don't get people complaining about it being underwhelming after the Tonkla sex scenes. It's supposed to be a more innocent, loving and somewhat nervous first time together, as opposed to the lust/distraction sex scenes from Tonkla/Korn and Tonkla/Win

I suspect Win moving in with him to find out more about Tonkla actually. Did you see the scene where Win was laying in bed awake with his back facing Tonkla, staring and in my perception thinking about everything....

But we didn't see the second conversation between Tyme and Great on the rooftop. Anyways, we'll find out the coming episodes. Maybe it's supposed to feel kinda unrealistic

We didn't see their actual conversation though on the rooftop. Only the first time before Great got back in time and started over the conversation with Tyme who left the surgery room. Maybe Tyme explained the whole situation and convinced Great. Great is also still young and unexperienced/kindof sheltered due to his rich upbringing. Maybe that's why he was quite reckless and didn't think through the consequences. Anyways, if they are really there, I don't think it would take long before Korn's men find them. They probably track his phone and credit card or something. You are right about the scene feeling unrealistic.

I really started to dread finishing it after ep 11. I don't mind a slow burn and I love the music theme and the acting. I just really dislike Song Ah's character and personality. I know there has to be some drama to make it interesting, but I feel like Song Ah had no character development at all. She's a people pleaser, but then again only focuses on her ow pain and thoughts. She doesn't learn to communicate at all and when she finallly does, she tells she will think only of herself and her own happiness, but honestly that's all she ever did. Jung Kyung was right, she had no idea what was going on in Joon Young's life and she never asked about it or apologised. To be fair, he also kept his hardships hidden. But never in a moment did she intend to support him, she literally told him she needed him to be her emotional support, but in a relationship you are there for each other and go through things together. Anyways, I don't mind this kind of plot and miscommunication,but not when it's dragged for half the show, especially when in the end they make it seem like everything is fine between them, without showing any insights they both hopefully got. I really tried to feel for Song Ha, but I couldn't connect with her at all. I really loved Do Kyungsoo's acting though, as well as the other actors'. I'm glad I got through it, but will not rewatch 😅

Yeah, same. It also frustrated me quite a lot. What a jerk of a friend that just let everything happen while he knew that dude had bad intentions. Also Krom what an idiot not doing an effort at all in concealing his relationship, except for threatening his friends while he himself f*ckd up. Even buying/stealing condoms was so brainless 🙈 I get he is a clumsy character but still... especially since his boyfriend had such a bad experience in the past ánd he has seen how the media works as well. I found that quite inconsiderate of him

I got kinda frustrated at Krom after ep8. It feels like he is still so naive, even after seeing what his bf went through before and what the media is like to him. To me he is not doing a good job at all in concealing. While he is lecturing his friends, he could have been more careful himself, no?

Everybody hating on Iwanaga's behavior, while for me it was Miyata making my skin crawl 😅 Don't get me wrong, they both need better open communication, talking about what hurt them in the past and what is bothering them now. I just don't like how Miyata expects Iwanaga to be clear about everything, while he himself is deciding everything un his head, instead of facing problems and insecurities together in the relationship, they are hurting eachother. Another thing I found remarkable is that Miyata sees himself as the only one that suffered in the past and is suffering now, even when he learns Iwanaga was sent away for adoption? Like hello... I can see how he distrusts Iwanaga, but his "playboy" behavior is clearly just a front he developed because he was hurt.

I watched this whole series on 1,5 or x2 speed... I only finished it because of Nut and because I am bad a dropping series 😅 It was definitely low production quality, but I could ignore that if there weren't that repetitive classical bgm and especially all the characters with monotonous and defective behavior with no growth at all. Don't get me wrong, I love me some trauma, psychological, intense characters, IF the storyline is done right and if there is some kind of learning curve or redemption or development or something... The dad, wtf.. Why would his son have to apologize and promise to be a better son after all the shit he put his child trough. The bunny lover wtf, talk about not wanting to better yourself, even for the love of your life. The desperate for Solo girl, wtf. Being all sweet and normal in the end after being such a biatch the whole series. But the worst to me, the doctor. Wtf. What pos immoral behavior was that. I didn't feel like that was a proper apology and the barista girl should have never given that freak a chance to redeem himself. Let's hope I learned my lesson this time and listen to myself when I don't feel it after a few episodes and just drop it.
