Yep the FL is so worth it

You are right on about theFL- she was just amazing. He gave her that freedom and identity that her parents never did. So she fought for him- in her eyes he was totally worth it. A strong willed and determined character! Now I want to watch this drama again. One of the best!

Completely agree - it was an apt ending even though it was sad. The abstract ending was perfect for how their story was. The music in the drama was so beautiful

Well I am not making this up - this has never happened in my friend’s circle or my family and if it had happened around me I would not have condoned it. Thank you - I have been trying to say this again and again. People are trivializing the FL’s agony - they don’t understand her gratitude and debt towards her family and how scared she is of her mother and what she will do if she throws it all away. There is real psychological trauma here that some viewers do not understand

I am watching Episode 29 and I seriously want to kill Yuan for putting the FL in such a difficult position by taking advantage of her affection for him. If he even remotely had any consideration for her he would not have left the sea emperor in her care without her knowledge. He is putting he life. In danger by doing so. And then asking her to keep it a secret from everyone. That is really selfish
