But at 18 can you still make that choice - I don’t think so. Maybe when you are much older that kind of thinking comes into play

At 18 the default choice is your family - what other decision can you make? Do you even understand the entire situation? And you are still dependent on your parents for your next meal

I honestly don’t understand what you are trying to say. They both have mental trauma and are deeply hurt people in their own way. To top it they are both orphans who were adopted. This is not simple. Both the ML and FL have a lot to sort out before they can have a happy ending. They are conflicted because they are scared to be together given all the other issues they have. So do not trivialize this

Agree this is his best role yet- he needs to do more of these intense complex roles

They have romantic chemistry as well- it is very evident how much they care for each other and how important they are to each other

This drama is worth it because of the strong FL character- she is the story really and I think they have cast her well

Please you simplified it too much- both ML and FL carry a lot of psychological baggage that needs to be unloaded. The ML’s trauma is still hidden - we do not know what all happened in those 10 years. And I completely agree this is Yang Yang’s best drama
