I was sad when I found out this was just ten episodes lol so please give us another season creators! For one I really like all the main team, especially Yoon Seok and Se Jong were my absolute favs! I don't know I started to really like their dynamic they all had their own special talents. My favorite episodes were for sure Sehun, and Yunho one and also Nam Joo hyuk. It was a really challenging job so it was nice to see that I was right in picking my biases lol I also liked Baro, he was adorable, and Kang Daniel was the cutest! Most of all Sehun being a total hyung to Daniel lol my fav moment! And honestly I think Yoon Seok is such an amazing guy I really adored him in Busted and now this! He's meticulous and sweet and cares about people, and Ho Jun it's unbelievable how good he was at being a barista. Jin Woo was also peaceful and calm and determined I loved her knack for making pretty things. Se Jong sigh he's my favorite actor and I absolutely adored him in this! Though I feel like there should have been more actual conversations and living situation scenes with the cast like there was in the last episode. But still I really loved their bromance in general. Yoon seok with Se Jong, with Sehun, with Yunho even. Honestly so good!

This show delivers on its promise to be intriguing and the two main leads, Yoo Jae Myung and Junho really made it work for me. I think Junho is very subtle and I don't have to talk about how phenomenonal he looks in this drama and instead I think he has talent and played the role remarkably well. This is my favorite type of premise, bromance, mystery, nothing too cutesy so the sad tone of a serious drama is always maintained. I don't think I will rewatch this one but it's definitely worth checking out.

So EXO L or not this drama had eye candy like you won't believe. Sehun is gorgeous but the villains were all so handsome especially Killer Fist ;) so yeah. But ok, tbh the script was seriously lacking and the characters were so one dimensional. The direction too was messy and the sound was bad in several places. But the technical faults can be ignored for good content and good content this was not lol. Basically if you are an action fan and like a bunch of good looking people beating the crap out of each other you'll enjoy it. I did for sure. Sehun's acting, okay he has potential, you can see it. If you don't believe me watch Busted. It's a cross between variety and drama, and all he does is act. Now I'm not saying he's the best actor in the world but he's gorgeous and convincing enough for you to suspend disbelief and knowing EXO they always work harder and grow and get better at their craft. Butut somehow the people who cast him for Dokgu couldn't make use of his potential. I feel Kai did a phenomenal job in Andante considering it's not a high budget project. Or Missing 9 Chanyeol will make you love him. And Suho is good in pretty much everything and he does a solid job. Xiumin was so good in Seondal I fell in love with his character and Yoo Seung ho and him both made that movie. Sehun, yes, with this drama it was potential wasted because unlike Andante, Seondal, Rich Man Poor Woman, Missing 9, 100 Years My Prince, the script was just terrible. Regardless, because of Sehun and the nicely done fight scenes I'm rating it higher. And Taeil and Jaehyun did the main theme!!! That made me happy!!

This is just one of those dramas that will scar you for life and you'll be happy for it because apparently you have masochistic tendencies. Go figure. I'm in love with this drama and needless to say Seo in Guk I don't know what he's doing to me right now but I'm a total mess after watching it. God, it was EPIC from start to finish. EPIC. Subtle when needed, and melodramatic when needed. It's just something thAt doesn't come by every day. Which is something I've realized after trying to find something to take me out of this dramas world but not found anything like this that I haven't watched. Very close to Hello monster feeling wise just replace Jung So min with Park Bo Gum. Both shows are at the same level of highest possible rating even though cinematography wise TSHLYE is better. And Hello Monster begins like a rom com with Jang Nara this one has a more subtle, stylish, edgy look. It's phenomenal.

The show is about Iron Triangle. So you'd hope that Qi Ling would at least appear as much as some supporting character AT THE LEAST - let alone giving him the actual deserved screen time.

The second Yangyangs Qi Ling disappears, you watch season after season, episode after episode, spin off after another spin off, only to get to Reboot (Reunion) and have him still pretty much either so far in the background, or just simply gone.

And okay, I loved Baron Chens romance with the mute girl, it was genuine, had everything in the right amount even though in the end even that didn't go anywhere.

And then you think omg Yi long is the perfect older, mature Wu Xie, so please give me SOMETHING WITHMY OTP I'm not asking for much, but they could have done something along the lines of Untamed or Guardian - I mean I thought I was going to leave confused considering Yilong and Bai yu are one of my top couples.

And in the beginning it looked like that was a possibility, because you guys know I'm extremely partial for Yangyang and for the first time the actor for me had the potential to be a close second to YY buuuut the poor boy never got a chance.

Because halfway through they got into some bullshit office romance - which they probably thought was a clever Warehouse 11 storyline, but seriously the only clever aspect was how much money they saved on the production that went from badass, dangerous, and rather narrow escapes, showing the Uncle and Baron Chen, and the rest like a family - however screwed up it might be, you were still rooting for them.

And then someone gets the great idea that screw tomb raiding, and badass action, or even focusing on the fact that his uncle was being so nonchalant about the cancer news, like WTF.

And then they took my last bromance hope Pan Zi to some hetero storyline too, TWO SECONDS AFTER he confessed his love to Wu Xie lol most likely to give Wu Xie that completely contrived 'romance' which okay not going to lie I was shipping them during that one bonding scene where they lay down and 'watched the stars' XD but apart from that Wu Xie was being so wishy washy. It didn't seem sincere AT ALL not from his side anyway, not like Baron Chen was so into the chick and doesn't just go save her in some ending scene twist.
And omg that ending ugh are they still going to be in the warehouse lol I don't know if I can take the torture.

So, yes, for me it was fantastic till Wu Xie joins the warehouse and then it had it moments - Jia Le story, especially, or Kan Jians ADORABLENESS XD

Anyway, I loved the characters, actors, but I hope the story lines improve and I see more of Qi Ling and iron triangle ACTUALLY BEING TOGETHER AND BONDING TOGETHER instead of being apart and just talking about each other. I mean where is the pining, where's the eye fucking XDwhere's the WORRYING ABOUT THE GUY WHO HAS FREAKING CANCER.

Okay anyway, waiting for next part lol because I'm a sucker for pain.

Tbh it was a mess. Rehashed plot and dialog, cringey immature comedy and the few intimate moments that the couple had were frequently destroyed by the awkward, cringey scenes and just ruin the moment. Except for maybe the last ep which had minimal cringe and I dig the cast but everything from the makeovers to the writing was just bad - I gave up on this once before but thought I'd give it a shot but no. Still the same lame cringe. The few good moments do not make up for the hours of terrible writing.

Everything from the ost to the starting scene to the casting was perfect. The direction and script compliments each other to bring a story that is relatable and screwed up. Just the same story so many people go through every day, whether its the workplace or school, or even at home, you cant get away from bullies. The feelings of the four main characters especially Junpei and Tomoki's characters all seem equally guilty and innocent throughout the drama so you really think you know something but then something so strange or convoluted happens you're left wondering again and thats what always maintains the suspense. And of course the whole thing reaches a climax that is both thought-provoking and entertaining like the rest of the drama. Just absolutely loved it.

This drama made me cry so much! !! But it also made me laugh my ass off. Seriously this one will offend a lot of people because of the mature content but I'm absolutely in awe that the creators didn't pull any punches and just went there. Most would have taken a safer route. I know it's heartbreaking to be faced with the harsh realities people, especially students have to go through, the things they have to do to survive.

How you can try and stay away from violence being meted out to others but violence has a way of going around. If you think you're safe one day the next day you might not be, so being self-preserving will not make you last forever. That's why you also have to form a society that values peace and takes care of one another because yes, that bully might be someone you resent but the truth is humans are capable of terrible things when they feel like they're on their own and no one will come to save them that's scientific fact.

Anyway seriously This show is WHACK perfect combo of dark humor and moving. And with more eye candy than you can possibly consume including but not limited to Yoshimura Kaito, Mackenyu, Kubota, Yamada Yuki and most importantly Mamiya Shotaro in a CRAZY role lol I've never seen him like this lmao but God it will hurt too so much. Hard not to fall in love with the characters. Especially Kubota and Mackenyu.

But okay I love pretty much all the men in the cast but two people that really stood out and I wished their roles were bigger -- Yoshimura Kaito (Smoking) and YUKI fudge sake looked HOT.

Suga Kenta gave a kind of vulnerability to the role of a sociopath Aka so brilliantly I have no words. This is a seriously f*ckd up and convoluted film with an insightful script that uses extreme violence and sex to propel the audience right inside the lives of these characters, so forcefully, just like the characters you get trapped.

The dialog is so powerful --- right from the beginning, when Aka 'collects' Dora , well technically right after, Aka says to the girl he wants to 'show Dora there's a world even lower than this' meaning Dora hasn't seen sh*t in Aka's opinion even though Dora's life is no walk in the park.

But we all know the story is only just beginning.

And then Zebra -- Powerful stuff. That's all I'm going to say without any spoilers.

And it wasn't just Aka.

The same vulnerability, Ryusei Ryo gave to Dora's character who is pretty much consistently problematic but you still see his struggles. That resistance before he does something unspeakable.

The violence in the film is brutal and in-your-face but here's a kind of insane logic to the whole story that reels you in.

So, be careful but a must watch.

If you already love the boys you'll have a blast watching their daily lives and getting to know them better. And if you dont then i think this show is the best way to do it. Bobby's lovable, endearing appeal and how he just wins you over, Hanbin being sweet and full of anxiety about random stuff, Jun being both emotional and hilarious, Jay being adorable, Song being gorgeous and savage, Dk being cute and entertaining, and Chan displaying his different sides. I liked that this show wasn't just comedy but deep and serious. I think it's the best way to define ikon 7: sweet, lovable, deep, sensitive but most of all extremely talented and hard working.

Another movie that will go unnoticed because it's dark. If you don't mind going through dark experiences then this is the perfect film. It's heartwarming and heartbreaking all at the same time. I loved the way they showed the characters different lives but how they end up together and change each other. There are dark topics like prostitution, suicide, cheating, drugs etc portrayed realistically.

Ming is a young boy who works in a sales store. Soon he meets Yan and an affair starts between them. When Ming's mother confronts him of his sexuality, he leaves home. He also loses his job. His roommate takes him to parties where once an older man makes him an offer for sex for money. Slowly he gets deeper into the world of prostitution and drugs. Following a police raid Ming is sent to a rehabilitation center where he meets Kueng. When Keung is leaving the center he invites Ming to visit him. Keung has no idea about Ming's sexuality...

Swindlers is not exactly terrible just kind of lame, and pointless. If it wasn't for Hyun Bin I wouldn't have sat through the entire length tbh. I've watched so many good crime movies over the years Korean and otherwise that it's hard to take this one seriously. The characters they were so one dimensional. So it was really not gripping enough because you didn't care for them enough. If you're watching it for Hyun Bin then you'll at least have that entertainment but otherwise like I said not terrible but just a very typical swindlers being heroes story.

I'm now going to have a new genre that I love. Bromantic Comedy!!!

This is easily one of my favorite movies now, because two of my favorite people being friends, and their banter and the whole scenario, it was so much fun to watch! Kind of like the Korean version of Kick-ass! Two regular friends banding together to fight a much stronger evil force.

We all know Park Seo Joon and Kang Ha Neul are two of the most amazing actors and it shows in this movie where they both play the parts of guys who meet in the police academy and become friends when Park Ki Joon (Park Seo Joon) saves another trainee Kang Hee Yeol (Kang Ha Neul) when he gets hurt during a training session without thinking about getting a penalty.

Not only does this bond them but it shows a side of these two people who while still struggling with their own identity and the usual dilemmas people that young face, worrying about making the wrong career choice, money issues, not having a girlfriend, just basically being a young adult.

They go out one night to a bar to have fun and meet girls, but instead end up being caught up in a world of human trafficking when they witness a girl getting kidnapped and thrown into a van. They try to get the cops to help but realize that without the pressure of an adult, no one is going to listen to them especially because the girl in question is a runaway and doesn't have a family who would file an actual missing persons report.

Ki Joon (Seo Joon) gets angry and starts to lash out at the cop who refuses to take them seriously but Hee Yeol (Kang) manages to get him to calm down and they both decide to catch the criminals on their own because they learned in their training that the first seven hours are crucial in a female kidnapping case. After that time has passed, there's less chance of finding them and they don't want to waste any more time.

With no idea who the victim was they go back to the site of the kidnapping to look for clues.

After that ensues an interesting little plot about a young girl being sold to human traffickers and how two naive trainees go in search of her applying whatever knowledge they have of police work and even end up putting their own lives at risks, when they could have just as easily not bothered and stayed safe.

One of the things that I love about this movie is their characters. They're well thought out, well acted, such an amazing combo! When they go from total badasses to acting their real age you fall in love with their inexperienced innocence, and their naive charm. In a time where people are forgetting about family values and give very little importance to friends because we all think we can live in a bubble and survive, this movie shows two people who believe in each other and in the goodness of people. And they do it not by demanding everyone to be good to them but by SHOWING them how it's done.

An amazing, fresh new take that you have to check out!

Underwhelming imo. And it had nada to do with the lack of 'steamy'scenes because I love slow burns I even watch BROMANCE AND CHINESE BL that have NO KISSING AT ALL FFS XD. Untamed guardian the lost tomb franchise the japanese high and low has better couples than this show again JUST MY OPINION so take it with a grain of salt. I just found it lacking in substance and repetitive. And at least UWMA for all it's faults doesn't lure you in with angsty dark scenes and then puts a lot of cutesy lame scenes in there.

I mean I don't mind watching something more serious and not angsty but don't bait me you know that's terrible. You were making it seem like some edgy life changing experience which this was not.

The story was average, the acting sub par, especially from the main cast again not terrible but underwhelming. All that crying Mix did MADE NO SENSE.

And the whole justification of the heart and why he was doing her bidding made no sense. In UWMA, another soulmate storyline, the past memories is a metaphor for Fluke's anxiety and grief that doesn't make sense like when you have depression or any other mental illness. In this the heart is just a prop they use to get Mix to cry pointlessly. When Fluke picks up Kao's gun in the finale you UNDERSTAND HIS MOTIVATION. and again like I said it was a metaphor for mental illness because at times you feel like you are happy and you're fine and then the next minute you're triggered and holding a gun to your head.

And the end conflict again I don't understand why so many people think it's something SPECIAL FFS XD that conflict and the way it played out is so common in any romance where you don't want to make it too angsty. It was there in 2gether the characters make the other one think they don't care or don't like them cause of their own insecurities. But 2gether doesn't pretend to be anything more than light angst guilty pleasure and that's why I love it.

Which is why this one was boring for me. First half was not bad at all but the way it unfolds s just didn't work for me.

I feel like the one thing good that came out of this bl was Mix and Earth's ship lol that's pretty much it.

I mean if nothing this could have been a simple hurt comfort show but it failed to do that properly even.

What I did like was again the couple their scenes together were pretty good and I dug them as a couple at least in the beginning but then when Earth was all yes you go f yourself cause I'm too much of a coward ugh I get that it was a part of his character development but like I said before I HATE this conflict in any romance where one person just goes away. Just a personal pet peeve so didn't help that they used this BS conflict.

I also liked how Mix's character grew and I feel like it's not a bad idea to say that we should all be able to at least mature enough to do our own chores take our own burden. Instead of leaving it to maids and servants. If you're not disabled then you should do something that challenges you and makes you step out of your comfort zone.

Wasted potential.
I feel so bad. I was really excited about this one and I liked it, to an extent, some of it was done so well. But then they dealt with a few things so ridiculously it really ruined the experience.
First off, if you introduce a character that is supposed to be the male leads best friend and you show that love and you start caring for them and then you harm the character just so the hero can get to be emotional that's fine, nothing wrong with that. But what does it say about your main lead when literally the very next episode the writers forgot he even existed!
And they show Hui Young's TRAUMATIC life but not ONE single 'friend' ever so much as sympathizes with him or shows empathy! But they're quick to see him as the villain when he does things out of desperation.

Basically everything they set up in the beginning, they ruined it and suddenly a nuanced good script was becoming boring and bland.

So by far, we have a main lead who found a girl and forgot his childhood friend and isn't the least bit affected by what happened to him! When he was practically the only friend he had since they were kids ffs!

And then the female lead again, even when she found out about hui young and what happened she's only worried about the new shiny guy she JUST met and doesn't feel ANYTHING for Hwi young who again, they've been friends since childhood!
Do either of these characters seem not selfish to you?

And no one among the writers seems to have ANY FREAKING CLUE what trauma is. Obviously, they were trying to be edgy but ended up writing extremely shallow characters. And don't even get me started on how they handled Moonbins character! Ugh. Just probably added that bit for edgy brownie points and it went nowhere and was completely pointless!

A disappointment but did give me some entertainment hence the rating. The actors definitely deserved better.
