FLUFF BREAK I NEEDED!

To be honest, I am currently watching Thirty-nine, but I needed an emotional break lol. I probably have a few episodes left but it's just a heavy and emotionally draining drama. I needed something frivolous to watch and that's exactly what I got with A Business Proposal. It was funny, cute and no really annoying love triangle. Even the secondary couple was super cute with their story. I liked how people made up their mind and stuck by their decisions instead of all this angsty wavering. If you are looking for something reliably cheery and non-threatening, or if you need a fluff break from an intense drama, give it a go. With 12 episodes you can breeze by in 2 days and still manage a reasonable amount of sleep! :)

The best part about this were the characters, the female lead grew on me and the male lead, well I was crushing hard the entire time. Unfortunately the story seemed very inconsistent and left a lot of things out or just didn't mention it. Like I'm still wondering what happened to her Dad., they never even talk about it, I'm going off assumptions of what I think happened to him. The ending just seemed to leave a lot of loose strings and it felt very unsatisfactory. I read somewhere it was an artistic decision on how it ended but I just didn't vibe with it. It was funnier than what I had originally thought it would be. I finished it pretty quickly, it does have 32 eps but they are less than an hour long. So really you are watching about 16 full episodes technically. If you want something to pass the time and like unorthodox male leads I would give this a shot!

The most untypical kdrama that I have watched thus far!! So realistic and adult like and I mean they even show people smoking!!! (We all know a good percentage of Koreans are smokers and its usually never shown in dramas) This drama had very adult problems and adult solutions. Some parts of the story line, unless you've lived it, I think would probably be a bit confusing as to why certain characters do certain things. Great drama though! I breezed through all 16 episodes and am really bummed that it is over. If you liked the male lead in Lucky Romance, you will enjoy this male lead as well. You become so invested in the characters and their story lines and really feel for what they are going through because it is all so relatable. It has one of the most bada** female characters that I have seen. Really so enjoyable and like everyone says a breath of fresh air to watch.

I really enjoyed this drama. I did go into this blind, like I had no idea it was a manga and there was a Japanese version. I found it on Netflix and decided to watch and thought it was good to pass the time. Nothing too dramatic, just fluffy drama. I really enjoyed it and, I mean the acting wasn't the worst but it also wasn't the best. I took it all with a grain of salt and just enjoyed the drama for what it was: beautiful music, romantic story, friendship and hard work! I say go in without any bias if possible so that it can be enjoyed and watched for what it is. I'm glad there wasn't any like major love triangles and no major villains. I do wish some parts were explained more thoroughly cuz it felt like things just happened but I enjoyed it overall.

This drama was actually on my to watch list for the longest time. Actually this was recommended to me by a mdl friend and I decided to go ahead and watch it since I had at one point planned on watching it to begin with. I am so glad she gave me the recommendation, if she hadn't I probably would not have started this drama. It was short to-the-point super enjoyable, funny, cute and the main leads were awesome. I definitely recommend this drama if you're looking for something short cuz you will speed through this. This is definitely a good drama if you're waiting for something else to come out or if you really don't know what to watch I definitely recommend this. Super enjoyable I loved it the main guy so attractive lol great drama! And I mean it did have kind of like a love triangle but not really nothing really crazy happens in it but it's really really good to watch.

First of all I am so glad I hadn't watched She was pretty, if I had I wouldn't have been able to finish this drama. I know a lot of people complained about the main female lead and that she was too dumb and stuff, but I thoroughly enjoyed her character. I thought she was quirky and was open to everyone and would be courteous enough to others to listen to whatever they had to say. Did I think maybe she was too lenient on her "best friend" and what she did to her? Yes yes I do believe that, but really by the time everything was uncovered my anger towards her best friend had already dissipated. Overall this drama sometimes feel like its moving at a crawling pace, and definitely could've been shortened by half. The rating is so low because, to me, it didn't really emotionally pull me into the characters and the story although I did really enjoy the female lead, but I wasn't captivated by this drama. God was the only one who gave me the strength to finish this lol so would only recommend if you enjoy dramas that move especially slow, but the story line was still interesting.

I don't know if it's because I read the synopsis and didn't really read the reviews (except just to clarify it did have a happy ending), I went into watching this with zero expectations. Boy was I completely surprised! Normally I strongly dislike flashback scenes, this drama was basically 2 dramas in one with the past and the present kind of being told simultaneously, but for some reason it didn't matter to me. Sometimes you just connect with a drama right off the bat and can't explain exactly why, that's exactly what happened watching this drama. From the first episode and all the sadness and brokenness that the characters portrayed I was hooked. The acting was great from both sets of leads (past and present, yes they did have different actors play the younger versions, so a bit confusing) and the story was fabulous, kinda makes me wanna read the book since I heard the book is even better. I really unexpected loved this drama, yes its a little emotionally heavy but it has its moments of comedy and happiness. I'm even thinking of re-watching the condensed 4 episodes, def recommend!

Usually I enjoy the acting so much more than the storylines for most dramas I watch. Thus was the first time where the situation was completely opposite. I loved this story so much! It was the first time I had seen a storyline revolving around gamers especially involving female gamers. I most definitely enjoyed no love triangles lol. The main couple trusted each other and were confident in their relationship. I liked that the female character was strong, intelligent and confident. Unfortunately I can't say much for the acting. The acting was super stiff and like robots at times, it was extremely frustrating to watch. The story line was what kept me going even though it was super slow and I felt like they could've told the s story in half of the amount of episodes. If you enjoy stable relationships and a fresh story but at the same time are very patient and are ok with slow plotlines I would def recommend.

First of all I DESPISE love triangles soooo much! Of course that's part of the M.O. of all Korean dramas (with the exception of maybe a handful). So imagine my surprise that I was able to put up with ALL of the love triangles in this drama. There were multiple love triangles and not just love interests, but family and even between friendships. I think the honesty the characters had with each other was what kept me moving forward watching this. This was actually a really good and interesting story and the actors did a really good job. I really enjoy Gong Hyo Jin, she is one of my favorite actors to watch and usually I enjoy everything she does. This was great to watch, not really fluff fluff, but not too heavy on the heart. Def recommend this when you are wanting to watch something a little unconventional.

I did not fly through this drama. I kind of took my time and watched it when I could, it was a good story overall. I think some part of it just frustrated me to no end. It was the whole story line with the best friend and no matter what she did it was like she was never punished or she never took responsibility for how horrible her actions were. I think her character just frustrated and angered me and I really wanted to see her suffer LOL. I guess I was just being petty about that character and her storyline. But I kind of feel like all the adults who did bad stuff did not really face any consequences in this drama. So it's okay to watch but please keep in mind some of the situations are very frustrating and they don't get taken care of in a way that is satisfactory, at least to me. The main characters are really cute together, although there is a little bit of second lead syndrome.

I think it this drama is classified wrong. This is not as much a romantic comedy as it is more of a melodrama. I say that because the story actually revolves around a mystery about a stalker like through almost all of the episodes. I think that storyline kind of brought the series down a little bit, just because I feel like it dragged on way longer than it should have. For some reason the characters could not figure out who it was, if they would just have communicated with each other it would have gotten solved a lot faster. I feel like that storyline was just a waste and I could have done with just having the romantic comedy aspect, and really just following the growth of the main character's relationship. I like to watch the hate to love relationships and this was right up my alley and I think that is why I stuck with the drama and I completed watching all the episodes. So I would recommend this if you have patience LOL the main characters are really fun to watch together and they are such a cute couple and there chemistry is pretty funny and endearing.

Let me start off by saying I was really superficial watching the first episode and almost dropped it because I didn't think the lead guy was that attractive. So ridiculous!!! This guy turned out to be one of my faves!! His dorky/nerdiness is so endearing and I was so attracted to how all in he went with his feelings. It was sexy to see how confident he turned out with knowing she just needed to catch up to where he was at in their relationship and was willing to wait for however long. This couple is pretty cute and even the secondary couple was cute as well. Pretty light and fluffy nothing too dramatic or super evil characters. Maybe a bit of petty jealousy but nothing too annoying. I like how you see her growth and trust in herself and those around her, where she eventually does grow out of all the luck stuff. Would def give this a chance, don't be like me and judge a book by its cover!
