Tired of the unrealistic reactions to them thinking Eun Gyeol has feelings for Yi Chan.. 1995 in Korea and they are accepting, make jokes and walk away? Yeah ok..
The storyline of them thinking he has feelings for Yi Chan is annoying in itself.
Kdramas, can we please stop adding random white people? Especially when they can't act worth a damn.. if you want to add a foreigner at least let them have good acting skills.
Watching them butcher Korean, and act terribly while speaking English is not entertaining!!!
Can you elaborate? I'm considering this one but the darker tone and now questionable ending has we wavering. I'm…
Hi! So basically the daughter knows the religion/cult is absolute BS but her mom gets sucked in first after her brothers death, then eventually drag her and her dad into it. Eventually the cult starts drugging the mom and she knows its BS and her daughter tries to save her in the midst of needing to be saved herself. The dad becomes a strong believer and see's the cult leader wanting to "marry" his daughter as a good thing even tho the leader just wants to SA the female lead.
In the end, the mom and the daughter are free from the cult and are seen smiling and holding hands, but the dad gets too sucked in. In an ending scene he is shown on the street holding a poster supporting the church/cult and says they will return. Basically becoming one of those nutcases on the street. It made me go "wow" because that's something that really happens.. he had no interest in it at first but he became too brainwashed to come out of it.
I've lost the youtube link I found that explains her role... I had the same question as you and from the YouTube…
This makes sense! I believe more will be revealed about her in season 2. She could have clearly stood up for herself but she knew who Hui Soo was and wanted to confirm her powers.
Naju's daughter isn't dead, she was shown at the funeral scene. They will be using her for season 2. Naju knew what was going on and smartly hid her daughter.
Rae Hyuk secretly works with with the North.. he is clearly a shapeshifter of somesort.
Hye-won has been keeping a close eye on the others all along.. will be talked about in season 2.
Currently on EP 14.. They don't explain how Jaeman became like that.. in the episode prior he was working as an active agent and explained that he has lost control of his powers but he was still clearly able to work.. so what happened to him exactly?
I wish they went into more detail about that.
Edit: Disregard, I got him confused with Jincheon.

I didn't watch Bong Soon, couldn't get past the first episode. But this has been a much better watch for me.

Same, I wanted to know what Kisoo's abilities were or who his parents were because they wouldn't have tested him otherwise.

Season 2 has to be better than season 1 for it to do well!!
