The same theme of two young souls in love separated by circumstances & eventually reunited. While each of the leads live their separate lives, fate does it's work & takes them back together.

It's even more heartfelt watching this knowing that Nana & Suda ends up together in real life.

Both broadcasted by wowow. The gist of the story is somewhat the same. The lead is suspect of a crime, she doesn't talk much & doesn't deny the crime. The story revolves on what kind of person is the woman & slowly uncovers the truth of the crime. Both are realistic & makes you ponder on how many more people are forced to be the kind of person others tell them to be.

Both revolves around a couple and their decision to have a divorce. Coincidentally both dramas are staring Eita too.

Main couple are also always bickering & have opposite personalities. Elements of comedy are perfectly mixed with sadness & pain of being inlove but not understanding one another.

Set on the same period but centers on the female lord Naotora. One of the very few female head of the clan. This drama also includes the famous historical figures such as Oda Nobunaga and Ieyasu Tokugawa. But rather than being in the center of turmoil, Onna Joshu Naotora shows how the minor clans struggle between the clashes of the more powerful clans of the Sengoku period.

Its not that much the same but the theme is quite close as well as the depth of both movies. Both revolves around fame and the dark side of it. Equally intriguing and beautiful.

This story also revolves about adults wanting to marry and not. You could say that the heroine of this story is the opposite of Totsuzen's Asuka.

If you enjoyed Totsuzen you will definitely like this one too!
