kinda boring

I have to find every single one of these episodes, oh my god. I finally finished with this; it took me forever. I am going to average it and then explain my rating by episode. 8 stars out of 10.

I started watching because of some sketchy YouTube video, and it started on May 30th, 2023, so it has been a while because it was October 10th. I mentioned that it was short and it shouldn't take me that long because its short. Boy, was I wrong? So very wrong.

Fan Rui Hao started dressing up as a girl, and I was just really confused. There was an extraordinary band thing with Ah Jian and Xu Qi Zhang, and it was really random but a really big part of the show. And Fan Rui Hao was the sexist person in the show. Oh my god, his victims were grogeous, and he is just oh my god. He got cheated on by his older brothers. I don't know why he attracts older men, but that was really weird.

I have a faint memory of watching this because of the dad scene, but then again, there are too many parts that I do not remember for me to have watched this. It's very nostalgic, and I'm enjoying it. I don't remember his name or how to spell it, for that matter. But the guy with the glasses and the dead dad are played by three different people: him with glasses, him without glasses, and him without glasses with wet hair. I am liking this show so far; it's cute and fun and very laid-back. You know it's going to be good when one of the main characters has one dead parent or two dead parents. It was not good, but what can you do? I am copying and pasting stuff from my reviews because I actually cannot remember this show.

The actors look older than they actually are.

Boring episodes. It took me forever to finish, and mainly because this sh*t was really born. I just couldn't really get into it because there was more plotting than actual plotting. Too many sad moments and background filler than actual content. It just got on my nerves. Theres a lot of potential with the misunderstood kid, the perfectionist, the double live kid, and some random musican, less potential for our second couple, but it was not reached, and it made me really disappointed, and its going to take forever to find all the episodes. I have nothing else to say besides that it was bad. That's it. I would not recommend it, but do what you want. Okay bye!

PERFECT HARMONY

I just finished watching the series Dreaming of Cindrella. This drama is full of entertainment with ridiculous and joyful scenes. I loved Pyo Ye Jin's character because despite being poor her mother-in-law and sisters-in-law weren't bad people. They were actually good characters and they who loved Pyo Ye Jin. I really liked it. Jun Young's character was also very funny characther. He doesn't like the woman who dream of becoming Cinderella, but Pyo Ye jin's character does. Initially, they didn't like each other but soon after quickly, Lee Jun Young's character fell in loved with Pyo Ye Jin's character. I also love the outfits worn by the main leads; they were amazing. Pyo Ye Jin's character start working at a social club where Lee Jun young's character is the Ceo.They meet in this way, and through her work Pyo Ye Jin's character grows as a person, becoming more independent. Pyo Ye Jin and Jun young's characters are complete opposites. But their relationship is wonderfully crazy and romantic. They become the perfect couple. I think there were a lot of valuable life lessons in the drama. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful

I really loved the originality of this story, it was also so poetic and romantic. The actor playing Go Yoo Han was so magnetic and attractive and Choi Yeon Woo's actor played so good, he can really make us feel his emotions. Both incarnated their characters so well and at some moments the atmosphere just went magical.
Some people thought the effects added were too much but I actually liked it, it is part of the charm I think.
The only bad point is the fact that episode 5 and 6 (I think?) were rushed and skipped important parts, I had to read the comments explaining some points to realize it made sense. After that, they managed to get back to a good rythme but because of that there was some inconsistencies.
Not all the story have been developed so I hope their will be a second season !

PS: It is so good to see korean industry getting interested in this genra because it is qualitative. Luckily, the episodes were longer than usually because it would have been impossible to keep fluidity otherwise.

the story was good.starting few episodes(4) were not so interesting but as the story goes on it got interesting.both the actors did their best.i liked the male lead acting.he showed different sides of his acting.sometimes he was cute and sometimes manly.the acting of the female lead is the same throughout the drama.the story line was good(knowing one's true self and acting according to it).
the female lead is calm and smart throughout the drama. though the main story line is different this drama has different stories which are just for namesake.the ending was bit common.the male lead did a good job and showed himself in different ways.
the overall experience was good and its worth watching. i completed this drama within 2 days.

Hmm... generally very good but not awfully impressive. I would not rate it among the top league but nevertheless give it a good rating.

The earth star mutants seem to be of an ancient Chinese culture coincidentally, given the hundreds of different cultures in the world. A little limited in originality - appears to be more of an extension of xianxia (fairytale/fantasy) story into a science fiction.

In a number of parts, audio was being altered and stitched in and a poor job was done as I could hear the change in volume and voice.

The actors and actresses acted well. The story is interesting although it lacks originality and creativity. The bromance is a little stretched - it seems to be the fad of the time to have suggestions of homosexuality in dramas in the like of the Untamed.

This show feels like a half baked idea for a fanfic made by people who wanted more of the Mean/Plan couple but couldn't wait for LBC 2. I know these actors are good and know what they are doing I've seen them do better in so many other show. However, there is only so much you can do with the subpar nothingness that is this material. This show is short but even for a show that is only about an hour long nothing happened and it felt like the waste of hour. If you want more of this couple just watch reminders or a LBC compilation on youtube it'll be a better use of your time.

I love D/s and FemDom in particular and since these stories are very rare outside the rather sleazy p*rn vids out there, I was very excited to see this. The movie portrayed the relationship between Ji Woo and Ji Hoo with humor, sweetness and sincerity and the actors oozed charm. The cinematography in the D/s scenes was great, especially in the bathtub and the mirror scenes, it was aesthetics pure, wow!

Still, there were things that didn't click with me.

Doggie play is a big turn-off for me. If it's your thing, then more power to you, but personally, I find one partner acting like an animal very creepy for obvious reasons. Another thing was that they pretty much brushed off the thing with Ji Hoo's ex which promised good angst but it went nowhere in the end. I get it, it was a movie with no space for big explorations outside the main topic but... well.

And then, the climax. I disliked that it was about the office thing. Because in this case, Ji Woo and Ji Hoo were in the wrong. They - together with everyone else there who had done things they shouldn't have at work - deserved to be sacked ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Overall, it was a fun movie that definitely broke the mold a little. South Korea's been very good with their Alpha!FLs and Beta!MLs lately. I love it!

I love this film so much!! Maybe the others says that I'm crazy because I have watched this film more than 5 times. But this film such a " dreaming relationship", Yang Yang too much cool and handsome, and Zheng Shuang so beautiful.. I think this film is the best dramas!!

"While You were Sleeping" a very awaited drama since the cast was first confirmed back in the beginning of the year or so. With some tears still left in my face, I write a review of this drama, that left some emptyness in my heart.

The first impression that a had from the drama was that it was very confuse, mainly because I watched the first two episodes together, and each episode has the point of view of a different character (hard to explain). But even a bit confuse about the story line, I got hooked up and I needed to watch more.

The plot it self wasn't complex if we take out the dreams factor, because that was what made the drama different from any other romcom / thriller. We follow the lifes of Hong Joo a reporter that wasn't working and a rookie prosecutor who just started working in a new office. Easy right? Well untill you add the dreams and all the mess they turned the plot into, and by that I mean a mess in the good way, because that make the things different, they could change what happens in the future. Apart from the dreams themself, I also really like the other cases that were shown, and all the thriller involved, even if in the end was a bit urealistic, but we are talking about a drama afterall, we can't expect too much.

Theres a couple of characters that I really like besides the main couple, that was definitely Woo Tak (because everyone fell a bit for him, he was just too cute), also Inspector Choi (that adjusshi was just amazing), and the other prosecutors that worked with Jae-Chan, they all have an amazing storyline.

Lee Yu Beom, I need a whole other review just to talk about how much I hated this charater. I was so upset with him that I just wanted to puch him in the face and break that precious face of his. Why, Yu Beom? Why use all that genius for the bad things?

Now let's talk about what you've been waiting for, romance. I think that this drama was never really focus on it, because we do have romantic scenes, but something was missing. I shipped Jae-Chan with Hong-Joo, but I didn't have that click, that heart racing that I usually have when the couple has a lot of chemistry. They did indeed have some kind of chemistry even if it was with the help of some romantic music and good cinematography, but I was expecting more I guess, I was expecting the kinda of chemistry I've seen in dramas like "Decendants of the Sun" or "It's Okay That's Love", but it just wasn't there, now that I look back. But don't worry, you that want to watch the drama, there's romance, there's kisses and there's a lot of love quotes. And you always can have the Second Lead Sydrome if you want!

Cast / Acting: I love all the people envolve in the drama, every single of them were brilliant in their character. Lee Jong Suk did a great job, but this character was just like any other character that he had already play, maybe just a bit different but not to much, but that doesn't mean he didn't act well, it just that I've already seen him playing this kind of character and I would like that in the future he tried something different just to see how he does. I got really surprised by Suzy acting, I think she improved a lot at least from her last drama where I didn't like her character neither her acting, but I really got impressed by her acting this time. Now let's take a moment to apreciate Jung Hae In, this man completly stole my heart and soul with his character, making him one of my favorite characters, God bless this guy! Lee Sang Yeob made a outstanding job portraying Lee Yu Beom, I don't have words to describe all the feelings I had about his character, and that just means that he did a great job with it, from the face expressions to the way he talked and acted. Congrats!

I really liked the OST of this drama, in special "I Love You Boy" and "It's You". I also liked the suspense kinda of dramatic's orchestra melody that played in the more tense moments. Over all liked the audio part of the drama.

The picture in this drama was pretty, not really outstanding, but good as well as the edition.

Will I watch this drama again? Probably in a future, when I forget the plot. We are talking about a drama which relies on plot twists and impredictable moments, and when you already have watched the whole drama it never feels the same again. I do recommend this drama if you like thriller with some romance and comedy. But its rewatch value it's pretty low. Overall was a pretty decent drama, I've seen better, but I also have seen far more horrible ones. Even with some bumps in the way it was good, interesting and in someway, different.

Xiao zhan is here

First I want to say I'm coming to this drama without prior knowledge of the donhua or novel. So I am coming to this drama with a fresh pair of eyes and no preconceived ideas what the story should be like.

I actually very much enjoyed the drama. I was a little worried at first because there was so much complaints from those who have read the source material complaining it wasn't true to the source and I found the first episode was all over the place. I admit almost dropped it after ep1, but by ep 5/6 I was thoroughly enjoying it. So my advice to give it a few eps before making a judgement.

In terms of the story line, it is very much about Tang San's journey to "level up" and the friendships he makes on the way. I found the pacing was good, the acting decent, and good enough character development that I truly cared about each of the main characters. The dynamic of the shrek seven and their head masters had some serious comedic moments that had me laughing out loud. And for all my worries about the ending knowing there was a second season I have to say I was satisfied with how it ended. I found it was a rather natural conclusion (like the end of a chapter) as opposed to something that felt rushed or like the writers didn't sloppily put together, nothing too jarring.

My only real complaint is I didn't really like the audio. Oftentimes there was a lot of unnecessary background noise, or suddenly the actors voices /volume would change. For those Xiao Zhan fans expecting him to sound like his character in the untamed, get ready for a shock! His voice is much deeper here, and it took a little getting used to, but he did do his own dubbing in this drama so that's commendable. And his voice's tone and timber gets way more natural by the midway point (again I blame this more on the sound director).

Overall I found this to be a very enjoyable drama, I hope it gets the greenlight for that season two and they can invite the original actors back. I am looking forward to seeing more of TS and his journey.

I like the chemistry between two leads..
And in chinese version, the romance is more touching me..
And the age distance its only 6 years..beside korean version is 10 years..and JiangXia in chinese version almost graduate from college..
But some scenes is missing from this series.. I can't find it..make me confusing..
The song is good but sometimes a little bit annoy me.. maybe will be better if they jus add the ringtone from the musics..
And the best for this series is..they got married.. hope korean version the same..

Great love story

I absolutely love love this story. The characters, the costume, the music, and the whole storyline. It is just amazing. Actors and actresses play their characters, so well. My heart still Hurts every time I go back and watch the series. I did not expect the ending To turn out the way it did. It did make the story heart wrenching. I don’t want to give out more details because I want everybody to watch this. The characters played their role perfectly. They had the ability to make you laugh, cry, and on the age of you seat.

Enjoyable if you don't expect too much

I have seen several dramas directed and written by Fon Kanittha Kwunyoo, all of which depict vulnerable teenagers who are oppressed by society, and I like her point of view. This drama is no exception and for me it was very intriguing to intertwine the issues of dysfunctional families and young caregivers with the drug problem.

However, there is another major theme of "forbidden love" in this drama, which was not well integrated with the aforementioned social issues, I felt. Some of the actors seemed to be at a loss, and the drama as a whole seemed a bit messy. But still, there was a kind of depth that distinguished it from pointless roller-coaster dramas.

The director herself has name value, and the cast includes many well-known actors, so expectations might be inevitably high, but if expectations are low, it was enjoyable enough, at least for me. It uses a lot of tears, slow motion, and spiritual music, so viewers who like this kind of thing will probably be hooked.

THE CAST??? HELLOOOO!!!!!!! kim soohyun my man . and kim jiwon I LOVE THAT WOMAN. what the hell. the chemistry WAS THERE. like all the bts I've seen they're soooo cutie af.

this story was so well written. ught the ROMANCE. i love the falling in love then falling out then falling back in love again. they had SOOO many cute moments. i loved haeins personality. seems so type-a and scary vibes but then shes really just the cutest person ever that's madly in love with hyunwoo. ugh then hyunwoo whod do anything for his girl. i hated him in the beginning lowk cuz that annoyed me af how he wanted a divorce. but i get it. they were in a rough patch. and he DEF made it up by taking the bullet for her and everything else. UGH THIS COUPLE IS SOOOO SWEET. 10/10 i love it so much. i minused .5 of a put because some parts were unnecessary like i wish there was more. and also deducted cuz WHY THE HELL DID THE WRITERS ;MAKE THEM GO THROUGH SO MUCH. like ep 15 is really where it all started.
