Love between pro killers can’t be more daring

It a pretty short, fast paced and straightforward Show. No beating around the bush!! This is a Medieval type of love story. it’s between a man and a woman revenging their dead parents. The ML lost his family when he was 10, lived on the streets and had to kill to survive. During his childhood he met the FL and protected her. The FL asked to learn how to kill too but the ML refused teaching her. The FL got adopted by the man who killed the ML’s family. When the FL’s adoptive father heard of the ruthless “Mr. Mo”(the ML’s undercover but real identity), he faked his death because he knew Mr. Mo was the son of the people he killed and knew Mr. Mo would seek revenge on him. He told his butler to tell his daughter (FL) that it was Mr. Mo who killed him. This was to instigate his daughter to go undercover to get close to Mr. Mo and kill him (as revenge for her father’s “death “) before Mr. Mo eventually finds and kills him. His plan succeeded ( well,.. the first part of it did). His daughter (FL) went undercover as “Xia Zhiqiu” a dancer at the club where Mr. Mo had connections with. Mr. Mo was a well known killer but no one knew what he looked like. Mr. Mo took the name Ye Yifan (among people). Xia Zhiqiu got close to Ye yifan ( coz she knew Ye Yifan worked for Mr.Mo). Her plan was to seduce Ye Yifan to love her, then use this as a reason to ask Ye Yifan to kill Mr. Mo for her. She did succeed to get close to Ye Yifan. Ye yifan knew something was wrong and confronted Xia Zhiqiu. She lied repeatedly and got exposed( her identity, name not being Xia Zhiqiu but Gu Qingyan the daughter of his parents’ murderer and her motive for getting close to him was known also ). She was driven away by Ye Yifan, but used to tricks to make him take her back in. Ye Yifan and Gu Qingyan( Xia zhiqiu’s real name)found out they were childhood friends. Gu Qingyan felt bad for lying to him but couldn’t stop because of her goal. Both the ML and FL fell in love with each other.Later on Gu Qinyan ( FL) found out that Ye Yifan is Mr. Mo. She felt betrayed. After a long time Mr. Mo understood the whole situation and knew that the Fl’s father faked his death. He succeeded to find the man. He brought him to the spot where he killed his family and killed him. The Fl who witnessed this was very angry and shot herself. The ML panicked and when the FL woke up( faking an amnesia) even tho he knew she was faking it, he chose to believe her and no matter what she did to him or asked he accepted because he wanted her not to hold a grudge against him for killing her dad. The ML finally confronted her about her fake amnesia, the FL wanted to kill him so bad! After awhile the FL found out that the reason the Ml killed her father was because her father killed his parents and almost killed him many times when he was a child. She also found out her trusted accomplice Shen Annian was just using her to get what he wanted ( a treasure and map that originally belongs to Mr. Mo’s family) . The day reached where Shen Annian went to attack Mr. Mo. He failed terribly because he didn’t know Mr. Mo had planted spies around him. Shen Annian lost his life. The FL and ML decided to get married and let go of their grudges. On the wedding day, someone kidnapped the FL. Guess who it was…….! The BUTLER!!! He was the real mastermind behind the everything. He instigated the Fl’s father to take the job offer of killing the Ml’s family, used Shen Annian to have the desire to get the treasure from Mr. Mo, used the Fl to harbour grudges and make her hate the ML and want to kill him. That day the Fl asked to speak with the ML one last time before the butler kills Mr. Mo, after which she stabbed herself. When the butler was distracted, the Ml killed the butler and took the Fl to be treated. After treatment the Fl left. After a year she came back to the same club she worked before knowing the ML was there and they relived their memories of when they first met at the club. THE END… what a satisfying end where all the antagonists were killed and the grudges dissolved!!! Totally recommend!!!

Best Chinese Medical show I’ve seen thus far

The best Medical Show I’ve seen this far!!!! What hooked me was the title at first. The words “Live” and “Surgery”. Then I went to take a look and I watched this because of Vin Zhang and also because it’s a medical show. There were no dull moments.

Story
It about a doctor, Zheng Ren who lost his dad who was a doctor and his mom(from a fall). His father committed suicide because of the accusations he got from a man who brought his mom to the hospital. Zheng Ren came back to the hospital his dad worked to find out the truth on his dad’s death. While there, he conducted many miracle surgeries and made a battle buddy (Su Yun).Later Zheng Ren found out that the cause of his dad’s death and what happened the day he died was not what he thought. After some time, he let it go. He focused on helping more patients including the man who accused his father and caused his death. There was an earthquake and their hospital had to send help. Zheng Ren, Su Yun and their group saved a lot of people and Su Yun got cured of his PTSD. After they were done helping and went back to their hospital, they had to find a way to separate Sesame twins. There was a high risk and their hospital, Director, and their jobs were at stake. They had to train hard to overcome both problems with the surgery and conflicts between team members.

Acting
The acting was really good. Everyone portrayed their character well. Even people who seemed antagonists at first were understood because this also showed what happened from their POV. Everyone was justified, understood and well portrayed.

Content
Very educative and inspiring. It taught both life lessons and knowledge of medical terminology, conditions and procedures.

OST
The OST was good and appropriately placed in the show.

My Personal opinion
I was glad that it was professional and no love entanglements and relationships were added. I personally think it would have messed the theme of this show. From the beginning my thoughts were that Zheng Ren should not be put in any relationship with any of the female characters and I saw it happen till the end. When I saw Zheng Ren smiling too much with the female characters, I was like “ No, he should not have a romantic relationship with any of them”. At times I thought “it would be better for him to be celibate or homosexual ( with Su Yun), than to be with a female “ (sorry of my statement triggered you) because I knew a relationship would be the beginning of a downfall.
I got to say, the bromance between Zheng Ren and Su Yun was wow!!! At times I felt like there was a spark ⚡️ between them and they miy end up more than bros.
The ups and downs made everything realistic in relation to the real world. The way they accepted Dr. Rudolf too was amazing. It really encouraged me that if someday I decide to go to China ??, either to work or to experience life there, I may be accepted too.
Lastly, one thing I really appreciated was that it was shown that no matter how perfect someone looks, they too have weaknesses, concerns, hesitations. I saw that we could have friends willing to listen to us and help us to be better, and also reveal that they are not perfect and we shouldn’t be too hard on ourselves. Friends to help us through recovery ❤️‍? and criticise and scold us appropriately to attain a better self.

Overall
I KNOW this is a very good and enjoyable show. It has a special place in my heart. I will totally recommend this. I would gladly accept any future Chinese Medical shows that take it to this extent!! I am soooo sad I am done watching this, but am also glad someone could put this together and I had the privilege to experience it.
If you have any opinions, or suggestions to similar or shows in 2024 which are good and are modern Chinese shows, please comment below.
Bye, and I hope you enjoy(ed) this journey.

A cute,drama with suspense,pain, and discovery

I’m gonna go straight to the point.
What made watch this was it’s title. I was scrolling through the YOUKU app and saw “All Of Her”. I was intrigued and decided to try it out.
My opinion on this Show:
Story: It’s really good and I have seen something of similar plot in some other 2024 released dramas.
The concept of faking identity to find out the truth, MC constantly lying to each other: I found this in Guess who I am & False face and true feelings.
At the end, the FL leaving male lead to adjust after they exposed antagonist is in: False face and true feelings & Embrace you through galaxy (kinda).
I have been observant and noticed that all the Tv shows acted at the end of 2023 or beginning of this year have short episodes, few episodes and are quick paced. This Show has it too but they still managed to infuse suspense.
I felt refreshed when the antagonist couldn’t be traced from the beginning.
I do feel that the FL leaving the ML in the last ep is totally unnecessary.
Acting: In my opinion, all the actors and actresses did well. I adored the ML younger sister, she was so cute ? and pure.
OST: I didn’t pay attention to the OST the whole time but when I did I really enjoyed it.
Rewatch value: I might and might not rewatch this. I felt like the pace was too fast. It didn’t give me a sense of satisfaction because everything happened so quickly.
My overall opinion: It’s a good show. It’s my first time watching a show with any of these actors and actresses and they gave me a good impression. Definitely gonna look them up.

Comment below your opinion and what you feel I didn’t talk about, in general. Hope you enjoy(ed) this show!!

Sweet love that includes memories and trauma

This story is quite short like most 2024 released Chinese Tv shows. This story has the ‘frame story’ structure. It starts with the FL being a big shot actress who is in a competition with another actress(Ms. Li) for the FL role of the to-be-produced show “Embrace U Through Galaxy”. She ends up getting the support lead role.In the Show ( main show) it starts with the male lead who had a bad teenagehood. He had a father who always forced him to do things he didn’t want to. One of this forced decisions indirectly led to the death of his teenage friends. He developed trauma and deeply hated himself and his father for forcing him over and over and kinda using him to get business connections. When his friends died, and after he had PTSD, his dad started looking for a way to treat him. This included Ms. Li(the FL of the show-in-show and daughter of the business partner the ML’s father got using him), going abroad to study Psychology and come up with the treatment plan. Ms. Li came back after some years to imply what she had learned, for this she had to find a maid. The maid chosen was the Ms. Su (the FL of the show, before and after enveloped story). She had to take care of the ML and make sure he had his watch on before sleeping ( watch given by Ms. Li to track his dreams, with the intention of deleting his trauma- causing memories). Ms. Su was also given a watch of the same kind so she could appear in his dreams. The ML treated Ms. Su poorly in real life so Ms. Su dealt with him in his dreams. Ms. Li started deleting his memories, Ms. Su wasn’t happy, the ML somehow knew what they(Ms. Li and his father )were doing to him but didn’t retaliate. The Ml’s dad forced him to get married to Ms. Li, which he refused repeatedly but had to give in to save his company. Ms. Su made the ML aware of everything going on around him before she was forced to leave. But the ML had no choice but to play along. Ms. Li succeeded to delete his trauma-causing memories and even his memories with Ms. Su( because she wanted the ML to love her only). The ML however could still remember the FL(Ms. Su), so the ML’s dad faked a heart attack to prevent him from going to meet Ms. Su then put him in another session for his memories to be altered. It worked this time, but the ML always had a feeling of “deja-vu “, he was somehow feeling things that had been removed from his memories. After a while the ML suddenly remembered everything and left his father and Ms. Li to find Ms. Su. They reunited ….
Honestly think the second to last episode was kinda rushed
The story was okay
The OST (didn’t pay much attention, but liked the part I listened to) was good
Acting was good.
Enjyed it. Totally recommend if you want a short weekend show.

A short, quick , lovely story

This definitely is a nice, weekend choice. It’s a time traveling show. It’s about Ms. Zhong, a Manager at a company. She is young and does an excellent job. Suddenly she’s rivals with Mr. Bu (jr) the heir of the company for the manager position. After late work one night she took the elevator down to go home. Suddenly the elevator lights went off and the next day she was…Mr Bu’s (jr) subordinate and became his secretary. She didn’t know how she suddenly wasn’t a Manager. She had interactions with her boss and they fell for each other. Proud Mr Bu(jr) didn’t want to admit but eventually did. They had a sweet but short relationship. For their first date, Mr Bu’s (jr) parents called him home, and Ms. Zhong had to work overtime. When Ms. Zhong took the elevator down, the lights went off and the next day things were like in the beginning, Ms. Zhong was a Manager and Mr Bu(jr) was new to the company. Ms. Shong felt very sad… she went out of the building for what was supposed to be their first date (with the little hope she had). Mr Bu (jr) was there who seemed to have remembered that she was his gf b4 the second time travel. They had their good ending…????

My wonderful experience watching "The Centimeter of Love " of 2020

This drama is a true work of art. It was so realistic it made me cry sometimes. The story is really something. It is full of emotion and feels like you're watching a live family show not a drama. One thing I appreciated was the ML(cardio surgeon) and FL(pilot) were mature people and their love wasn't the youngsters type of sweet love. ML and FL constantly faced pressure from their families. ML's mom was the person who pressurized the ML to have a gf and get married, she was overprotective (a true tiger mom), while FL's father was always forcing her to give her younger brother anything he asked for (even though they knew he'll just waste it). The unrealistic pressure was what brought them together. They relied on each other for emotional support even though their parents were against their relationship at first.
At times I felt angry, sad, happy, frustrated throughout the drama. It was full of behavior change, separations, reunions, etc. It is a mix of everything! I must say, no drama has ever made me feel this way, that people's everyday life could be brought to the film version. If someone tells me it was based on a true life story, I would believe it ?. Just glad I was able to watch and testify. My rating for the story and acting is full 10.0. Some people might suggest you take it slow when watching but I watched as many as I could a day and it felt like being on a pleasant roller coaster ride. I'll be willing to rewatch this . I highly recommend!
