Modern version of evil people driven to hell by hell hounds

The story is about eternal damnation for people who are sinners. Jung Jinsu on verge of voluntary giving his life comes across weird creatures torturing a person. These creatures later revealed to be similar to hell bounds (dog-like hellish creature).
