Xiao Bao returns from Russia and the Qing Empire forms a diplomatic tie with Russia. Pleased with Xiao Bao, the Emperor assigns him to a new task. Seemingly easy, Xiao Bao actually has to attack Wu San Gui's hidden army in Mount Wangwu before heading home to Yangzhou in glory. In panic, he thinks of Zhao Liang Dong who fought bravely on Mystic Dragon Island and he asks for his help.
