The story is nice and super funny, but it can get boring sometimes, still, it's worth watching. The acting is superb!! I'm really impressed by Ji sung, wow. "Auditory Hallucinations" is definitely one of my favorite 2015 OSTs.

I thought this was an amazing drama. I didn't watch any in a while but once i watched this, i was addicted. I wanted to watch more and i couldn't wait until next week! Oh those long waiting periods!!!! But! Its finally over and it was amazing. Ji Sung had to play several roles since he has D.I.D. And his roles varied so after watching this, you learn he is way too amazing of an actor. The female lead was pretty good too but the attention was on Ji Sung.
I saved all the episodes and ive already watched this 3 times. The story was amazing, and again, the roles the actor's played was perfect (and thats an understatement).
MUST WATCH DRAMA!!!

One of the bests dramas I've seen so far. Main characters were awesome the chemistry was there. The story line was brilliant, the twist. The Soundtrack was also excellent! Definitely a worth watching drama 10/10.

I am suggesting this KDrama, there are twists and turns that you don't want to miss. Make sure you don't skip not one episode! The writer is very clever. I am blown away! Also, thank the writers for D.I.D. Mental issue awareness. Another D.I.D. KDrama, a very interesting topic for me. I have always been interested in D.I.D. personalities.

The main Sung Ji, this is my first seeing him in a KDrama series. From what I'm seeing, he is not a bad actor. I'm impressed seeing him playing 7 personalities. I must say, he played them with instinctively different personalities. I never laughed so hard. I loved the Martial Art scenes of one of the personalities. Of course, I had to research Sung Ji and saw that he can sing as well and knows Martial Art. Sung Ji Had my emotions (all of them) from one episode to another. Hwang Jung Eum playing Oh Ri Jin, the role called for a perky/loud/tomboyish type of role which in that case she did well too. Park Seo Joon who plays the brother Oh Ri Jin, wow, that is the only reason why I watched this drama and I'm glad I did, I got to see Sung Ji and HJE. Then you have the Grandmother (what a &#@^%) The actress who played that role played it very well... just too convincing... *applauding*.

Visuals: I love the visuals especially two tall statues while two were walking. Those were beautiful! I am wondering if they were part of the set they built or real in the town. The soundtrack was good. Thanking the team of "Kill Me, Heal Me". I enjoyed it so much that I stayed up watching every one of the episodes. I'm sleepy now! lol

A VALIANT EFFORT- but it`s still a drama

If you were to ask an average drama addict to recommend you a good drama tackling mental health and societal issues within that context, they would most probably answer with three contenders:"It`s Okay to Not be Okay", "It`s Okay, That`s Love"(my personal favorite) and this drama. And while all of these depict a wide array of mental illnesses(from antisocial personality disorder to schizophrenia), "Kill Me, Heal Me" would still be an endearing pick, but nowhere near as serious and pondering as the competition.

"Kill Me, Heal Me" should be watched for Ji Sung`s and Park Seo Joon`s great performances(people always dunk on his abilities, but I personally find PSJ very capable when given the right script and this is the proof of that. Besides, he`s extremely likeable), lovely OST, at times amazing cinematography and SOME of the storylines it presents. Now, first of all, this is my first experience with Ji Sung`s acting and the man gave his ALL. He was believable, driven, mostly accurate when portraying different personalities and he really cemented his acting abilities for me. It was delightful to see such convincing acting in this kind of drama. All the props and I heard he won an award for this role, which he totally deserved. While other positives don`t need explaining, I do however, need to expand upon these storylines and, more importantly, the whole writing aspect of this drama.

One thought couldn`t escape me as I watched this show - there must`ve been several writing switch ups during the writing of the script itself, because it was all over the place. First seven episodes were definitely the most grueling, as they were filled with slapstick humor and questionable handling of the whole DID topic. If I had to compare these episodes to another show, imagine if "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon"`s writer decided to write a script around a chaebol with DID-those seven would be the result of that. From episode eight onwards, up until episode fifteen, it felt like a drama well worth exploring. The conflicts and presentation both excelled in this regard throughout those eight episodes. And then, once again, we hit a standstill until the end where it felt like the assistant of the past writer decided to give his own interpretation a try. With mixed results, honestly. Where both past dramas evaded cliches and/or swerved expectations, this one kept them in. For some, I think they were necessary(like them being childhood friends)but others just felt like an overkill(the whole love triangle, flashbacks, breaking up for drama`s sake and main female lead`s acting all in all). Now, I cannot go any further without discussing the character of Chae Do Hyun`s father. He is probably the biggest glaring mishap in this script. Throughout the show we get snippets of just how menacing he is and this was done well enough, but when the actual reveal happens, his inconsistencies come to light as well. He is remembered as a gentle, good father, who only wanted to escape the claws of his family(which can also be interpreted as irresponsible), only to come back with his son and become a whole different person. Now, where the inconsistencies come is in both his treatment of Oh Ri Jin and the conclusion Chae Do Hyun`s mother comes to - that he apparently loved Oh Ri Jin`s mother. It is glaring because other than the horrible abuse, we never get any other negative motives for his behavior, creating a disconnect. Even worse is I half expected him to get a redemption arc because they were hellbent on showing him as a good person. Which he...isn`t. No matter that he wanted to save Oh Ri Jin, it is a fact that he`s a perpetrator and a horrible human being, period. To be fair, the rest of adults who had a hand in Oh Ri Jin`s and Chae Do Hyun`s tragedy weren`t any better, including her mother. And another thing. I won`t discuss DID representation, as I`ve got next to no experience and some say that it`s good, others say it`s hamfisted. But I was almost shocked to find out some peoplee wanted Shin Se Gi to become a host and I was like:Why exactly? I get it, he gets things done and next to Chae Do Hyun, he gets the most screen time, but he embodies another part of Chae Do Hyun, as in, you`re rooting for a basically incomplete being to win over a really fleshed out one. I liked him too, don`t get me wrong, but not to that extent.

All in all, "Kill Me, Heal Me" is a endearingly good drama tugging on your heartstrings if you`ll let it. But at the end of the day it still has plot holes, an annoyingly average drama female lead and very simplistic view of DID. Still, it`s worth watching to heal your cynical heart.

I dropped it after Episode 14 and I have to say that while this drama is really unpredictable at times, the overall setup and execution is predictable and cliche to the point were there's no point in watching anymore because you figure out quickly what they're trying to do and accomplish. But in turn, I've read the recaps for the few episodes remaining and while nothing surprised me, I'm glad it ended on a high note so this review isn't really the complete review but I've gone as far as I can with this drama.

It started off loud and for the first little bit it was quite entertaining. Do Hyun's different personalities and the relationships within. A very unique and intriguing subject surrounding mental health. How the past shapes and molds our futures.

JS has the best acting range in the industry. It takes someone special to pull off convincingly the variety of complex characters he was tasked to showcase. Everyone else played their parts accordingly. I will admit HJE's constant screaming was annoying but she had some great moments too. It is funny especially with the Perry Park and Yo-na scenes. The OST was okay, I was surprised by Gotye.

The flashbacks really do hinder the story though for me. It's not crazy happenstance, it's fated crazy happenstance which is very tricky to achieve. I think the present time stories really suffered because of the over-reliance on flashbacks. KYR and OMS characters were severely underwritten and were non factors. If you told the story chronologically, would it have the same impact that it was supposed to or would it keep the viewer guessing enough to last the whole viewing without being told how to feel, I tend to go with the former.

I also note that when this aired, there was another similar drama at the same time, Hyde, Jekyll, Me and I had seen and completed that before this one but I still consider KMHM the more serious of the two and overall much better executed story. So if HJM didn't do enough, KMHM does more than enough and some might say too much.

It really is amazing the cast choice is brilliant the way that Ji Sung plays his part is amazing i don't think many actors would have done it as well. Also the story is really good and interesting i've rewatched it many times now and every time i still have to watch them all in one go cause i can't leave them. I will definitely carry on rewatching this.

I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS

I literally have five more episodes of this show but I can't go any further with this show. My main problem is the family connection between all the characters. because I am on Episode 15 and from what I keep hearing and seeing that cha Do Hyun is registered as the child of Min Seo Yun but then later we see a photo of Min Seo Yun and Oh Ri Jin when she was young so we are supposed to assume that that is her real mother. But if that is the case then that would mean Oh Ri Jin and Cha Do Hyun would be related because they have the same mom. but even if that is not true because we hear that Shin Hwa Ran is his actual mom he is just registered and someone else's child. even that would mean that Ri Jin shares the same father with Do Hyun and that would make them half-siblings. the thought of them being siblings and doing all the things they have done leading up to this point makes me want to throw up. ANOTHER THING that I didn't hear people talk about is that Ri Jin's "twin brother" Ri On is literally in love with her and it seems like people are ignoring that. like I know that there not actually related but they were raised as siblings, TWIN SIBLINGS at that, and for him to see her in a romantic light even when they go around calling each other brother and sister makes me want to throw up and cry. I literally wasted over 14 hours of my life watching a show people hyped up just to find out they are siblings and that they have kissed each other. These weren't the only things I disliked about this show but this was the big and main reason I dropped this show.

If I am wrong about this statement or if this stuff gets cleared up if I continue the show then please leave a message. but for now, I am not going to waste any more time on this show.

Overhyped drama

This drama was on my watchlist due to its high scoring in MDL. I, unfortunately, was not able to connect with it at all. The story (that I watched) was interesting but what made me lose interest was the FL. FL's character is of a psychiatrist and yet she screeches, yells, and has anger management issues. At no time did she behave as a psychiatrist and most often came across as if she needed to visit one.

I really tried to ignore the actress playing the character and shift my attention toward the ML, but I reached a stage where I just could not stand watching her gimmicks.

Dropped out as I was in no mood to be accommodating.

It was amazing the best story ever , I dont know why I didnt watch it earlier, I had it marked down in my list IN MY MIND WHILE I WAS DEBATING TO WATCH IT OR NOT; I said its another love story aaah another medical drama, AND IT HAS COMEDY !!? Its not going to be anything serious its going to be all fun and jokes. I didnt even bother in reading the review, Now!! Oh please do hit me in the head , Im so embarrassed it was was the best drama ive watched so much that I watched it in One whole day I fell asleep at 4am and I finished it; I didnt want to wait another day. The funny moments were moments that can really. Make you laugh, and the sad ones can really make you cry oh of course only if you really put attencion, when I never cried was when. Someone in my household got me distracted and I could follow the emocions, so to really taste it its best alone or with someone who doesn't talk a lot, :)

Music: AWESOME everytime the music came on I felt like my soul was being sucked in, the voices were perfect for the drama

ACTING: PERSONALLY speaking I dont know how hard it is to act but doing different voices personalities must be hard, I appreciate his acting, Her acting was Good too they make a Good couple, they both can make you laugh and cry.

WHAT I DIDNT LIKE ; HERE GOES, I dont want people thinking that its a bad ending or anything, in its own way it was good totally Good, but personally speaking; I who have watched so many endings, would have liked to see a lot more,( I dont know if this is considered a spoiler) but I was expecting more of a relationship with the father after everything was cleared out I dont think his father ever found out about his D.I.D (personality disorder) probably that part was the most confusing for me; probably is just me hahah. None nobody in the family came to say sorry to the girl, even the name her mother gave her was taken away ,even though she was okay with it, OK OK LIKE I SAID THE DRAMA IS AWESOME THERE NONE OTHER LIKE IT EVEN THE ENDING WAS GREAT ALL IVE SAID IS JUST MY PERSONAL THINKING YOU definitely have to watch it don't read my negative comments or my bickering it's just my way of explaining ,what I thought would have been a better ending, but I did like this ending ok, its such a good drama that even if somebody tries and spoiles it for you, you wont feel like its getting spoiled, because even if someone tries to explain it to you, when your watching the drama is such a different vibe a different movement it makes you go haywire the drama absorbs all your time.
Good day bye bye hopefully this is helpful
