Taiyou no Uta might be a little more on the dream chasing part, it is a beautiful movie about hopes and dreams nonetheless, one of those heart warming drama as you follow the character's growth, and you discover precious things in life with them. Both lead are strong characters who works hard to fight for the time they have, to make something out of their lives.

An elementary school teacher named Takano Takayuki who is gradually losing his ability to see tries to hide this fact from his girlfriend Yoko. She eventually discovers the truth and immediately flies home from Mongolia to to comfort him.

Oh Han Byul leads an entertainment agency's PR team. One of her top clients is the star Gong Tae Sung, who can do no wrong. Lee Shin is a university student majoring in modern music. He is the vocalist of the band "The Stupid" and also plays the guitar. Kyu Won's grandfather, Lee Dong Gun, is one of the top 3 traditional musicians of his age, and his biggest wish is to have his granddaughter trained to become a traditional music prodigy in 10 years' time. Trying to live up to her grandfather's expectations, Kyu Won immerses herself in training and becomes a university student who knows nothing besides traditional music. As Kyu Won's friends are fans of "The Stupid", she was forced to go to the band's concert with them. There, she saw Lee Shin performing live and is immediately captivated by him.

Unlikely people coming close in unconventional ways. Bittersweet.

Both FL was ill but getting through sickness & hardships with the help from ML while music influence the beginning of their love story. It was a very cute heartwarming drama & totally worth watching. Mamiya Shotaro is adorable.
