One moment of patience may ward off a great disaster
How the plot came to be, seems a bit tepid for my taste. I was looking for that climax to build up anytime soon but somehow never seems to exist and entice for the past 12 episodes. If not for Kim Young Kwang, who plays Do Min Ik, this would still be on my "plan to watch" list. I saw him on "I Live Alone" recent episode so I become curious. Plus, I saw that the other female role, the original Veronica Park was played by Kim Jae Kyung. She was Sung Hoon's female partner in the drama Noble, My Love.Fortunately, I didn't give up on this drama as there were some interesting moments. So better watch out for those. For one, I didn’t realize that hand washing couldn't get any sexier than episode 23. Thank you for Episode 8 too where it suddenly became funny.
On the downside, I didn't like that the story focused more on their love story. I didn't get to experience the intriguing life of a media director, as was Young Kwang's role is in this drama. For a media director of a mobile company, apart from the stockholder’s meeting and preparation, I don’t seem to see actual work from him. I guess the writer placed much emphasis on his disease, prosopagnosia, and the complications that go with it in daily life. I would have loved to see a man in action. As the saying goes, no matter what profession a man is, a working man tends to be sexier.
At the very beginning, I began to be skeptical about the whole red cardigan thing. So I would just assume that she washes it every day and placed in the dryer right?
Although a lot of their conversation lacks humor and wit thus redeeming to be a bit boring and dragging, there were a couple of statements that catch my attention. Don’t neglect what you have hanging up on something you have lost. — wow! its as if something just hit me with a hammer. Another one would be: "Loving someone shouldn't mean having to give up on something or someone. Be it a dream or a person."

This was a lot of fun to watch. Yes the story makes no sense and it's cheesy to the point that it's embarrassing to watch at times, but I was properly entertained. I wanted to watch a romcom that doesn't frustrate me with it's triangle shenanigans and this one really delivered. However even if I ignore the overused prosopagnosia plot, the entire secret secretary organisation feels super stupid. Luckily they quickly shifted the focus away from them (unlike in Strongest Deliveryman.), so I wasn't annoyed too much. If you like sweetness & borderline embarrassing humor you will certainly like this show. Over the course of the 16(32?) episodes nothing too frustrating or unexpected happened, not even the chaebol family issues were pronounced. The pacing could have been a bit better, he found out her secret identity like 2 episodes too late, not that it's that big of a problem, since I think we've gotten enough fluff before the closing credits anyway.
This was airing at the same time with Abyss, this one is like 32278347823432423 times better.

The main characters have great chemistry and there is no really Hateness between the other leads and main ones .
This drama kept me going even though, it was really slow moving forward which I hate but things kept me interested like whose the villain and such more.
I think this might not be those super doper popular kdrama but it’s worth to give it a try in all of honesty ?

A brilliant drama!
My friend suggested me to watch this drama and as she said, it never disappointed me even I was hesitated at first.Good storyline, good casting, good acting, and good kissing. The only thing that makes me unhappy about this story is how the FL failed to end early her acting as Veronica Park. Really pitied the ML.
This drama makes me cannot stop watching. And because of this drama, I went to find out what is the illness that this ML have. I really never heard about this illness before and thank you director for include this illness in this drama. It was such a new and great info to me. I never knew that there is such of this illness.
Despited the ML and the FL, I also like these second couple. Dae Ju and Veronica Park. Nice.
So, overall, it was a very nice drama. Enjoyable. I rate this drama at 4 stars.

Be yourself, flaws and all.
This is a drama which starts off very entertaining, even though the boss -secretary dynamic is quite overdone, I still found myself marathoning the first three quarters of the show. The male lead is superbly portrayed and I enjoyed the full range of his character, especially the unflinching depiction of his vulnerability and uncertainty in his relationship with his mother.
The female lead is very good in the first half of the show, I enjoyed her gutsy yet shy demeanour, especially the way she handled the impersonation of Veronica Park
The last stretch of the show is a bit annoying to watch as the female lead lost her gutsy attitude and had a bit of a personality transplant in that she became defeated and made decisions which were inconsistent with her earlier character trajectory.
The secondary couple of Veronica Park and the second male lead is a tad more enjoyable to watch simply because of Veronica Park; Kim Jae Kyung played this role to perfection, she is so entertaining.
Overall it's a good show for when you want a break from the heavier dramas, It's a drama about forgiveness and being yourself.
Overall 6 out of 10.

I initially intended to watch this because of KYK. But then again if you are into light rom-com drama, you can try this one. What I liked about this drama is that its so light there was a 'zero-to-no' love triangle. What I disliked was how super fast forward it was from last 2 episodes.
Didn't satisfied on some points:
* Director Do's mom being soft at the end
* The process on how Director Do fell in love with Jeong Gal Hee was not clear (like when did it really started)
* Veronica Park not really minding everything getting tangled up when she allowed Jeong Gal Hee played along

I don't understand why other people got mad that Galhee lied? That's a part of the story lmao. And it make sense why she lied, she said she wants to see how her boss treat other girls that's not her. And she slays acting like Veronica Park too.
Anyway, I'll give this drama an 8/10. Not that extraordinary but still reccomendable. Won't waste your time.

This drama was nothing special. In fact it reminded me a lot of "what's wrong with secretary Kim?" and a little bit of "devilish joy" . Seriously , what's going on with this whole amnesia / blindness / can't recognise names - faces-voices thing on kdramas? It's really annoying and not realistic at all. At first I thought it would be a funny drama and in fact it was but then it just reminded a lot of "what's wrong with secretary Kim?" so I got really fed up. I loved the main leads but sometimes their dialogues and actions were really stupid . Like , Galhee would pretend she was Veronica but Minik couldn't understand it was her even by her voice ? Also I don't think there was a real chemistry between the main leads. Would I recommend it to anyone ? Yeah maybe but there are much better dramas with same story more or less so I guess it wouldn't be one of my first choices .

Going into particulars, the friendship, and bromance serves well to the palate of a hungry drama enthusiast. I hoped the female lead not to get involved in the cliche love triangle. And boy was I surprised to see the second female lead to have such an 'awesome' character :p. I thoroughly enjoyed the male lead's character which could have turned very dark if the writers changed certain things. I appreciate the artists' performances during the show.
Storywise, the focus was almost always on the storyline between the main leads. Although the side stories did exist, they failed to spike the interest and I have no complaints about it. I cannot stress the importance of the light-hearted warm feeling you get when you see the smiles on the faces of the two main leads.
All-in-all, this show is for anyone who wants to chill out, relax and enjoy a sweet drama.

So, I just finished watching this drama...and the ending..was good. I like how it turned out...we don't know if he was fully recovered from the disease..but at least he had the chance to see her again.I recommend watching this if you're into CEO and workplace dramas...I was into it..but when the drama was about to end...it began to slow down..like I'm losing the motivation to watch it but I told myself if you started it, then finished it.XD
The second main couple thooo...:0 WOW. I loved them. I just found out that the girl, Veronica Park, AKA Kim Jae Kyung, was the main actress from Noble, My Love. I love her acting in that drama and I'm so pissed how I did not recognize her. Those parts/acting really fit her personality and I wish to see more of those in the future. I like how Veronica Park/Kim Jae Kyung is the one who goes for it instead of the guy. Like..kissing..and yadiyada. She's the leader of the relationship.
I don't know what else to say, but I love how they add filters and such...and the antagonist guy..I feel bad. xd Like...ehh
I was actually shooked by how the truth turned out. It was actually good, TBH. Like...you weren't expecting that.
I would watch again but only for the good part...like the romances and comedy of this drama.
If you are into romance, comedy, and little suspense..I recommend this. I finished it in 2 days..with Homeworks xD

For The Non-Ambitious Watchers
This drama came across young and for the young at heart, fluffy, amusing at times and can be quite enjoyable if you are not an ambitious viewer looking for depth and every episode to make sense.I personally disliked it for the following reasons :
- Jin Ki Joo playing Gal Hee did a mediocre job acting in this role as one expected more as her role was key in leading the entire drama. The make-up department also did not help by giving her such heavy make-up and over dyed red curly bunch of hair which was quite glaring that it was hard to focus on her character. Poor thing, for such a pretty girl.
- Gal Hee's character was too meek and being able to share words of wisdom to her boss at times did not do much to hype up her character.
- Story line could have been better if the boss Min Ik (Kim Young Kwang) was not drawn to or liked the fake Veronica Park (Gal Hee) in the beginning, then it would have flowed a lot better. I understand that the story is trying to show that the boss is actually liking the same and one person, but for us who watch it was irritating, not required. Instead, if it was the fake Veronica chasing the boss and he in turn is more attracted to Gal Hee, the secretary....then the drama will make more sense.
- there were also many plots that did not make sense.
However, I scored slightly above average at 6.5 for overall viewing as I agree with a lot of other reviewers, Veronica Park (played by Kim Jae Kyung) truly SAVED the show. Her character was written out well and she also acted it out to perfection. Veronica Park is naturally beautiful. Loved her loud, irritating, arrogant and animated personality which actually have a great sense of maturity and a heart of gold. Her second couple role with Dae Joo (Koo Ja Sung) did a good job to keep us interested. His firm stance and not allowing Veronica Park to always get her way stood well and helped him to get and keep the girl!
As for the main lead couple, there was no need to make their relationship appear childish and innocent in demeanor. Hard to watch. Thank goodness we know Kim Young Kwang (the boss Min Ik) is a good actor and have been seen in a lot of other very good dramas.
Anyway, the drama can be entertaining to watch. Like I said, IF you are not taking the show seriously. Cheers!
