Five Stars

I'm watching for the 3rd time in a long time. This episode gave me tension problems but it was still one of the best. And since I know how the show is going, I hold off my tension with the ending scene of the drama. OMG. I hat that secretary. He placed problems between out King and Queen when there were no mistrust between them at all. Gah!!

he's getting on my nerves!!

Really, that secretary...what is he doing? Is not that bad enough what he has done, now is he trying to push all the blame to Hang Ha. He knew Jae Kang wanted peace but he is just making things worse. I just wanted to punch him when he apologizes to the late king. He should do something if he feels so apologetic. >_<
And those politicians. I guess prejudices are something that can't be forgotten that easy.
It was so obvious that Jae Ha would not tell the true and that it would be a misunderstanding between the couple. He with his pride, Hang Ha still with the memories of all the bad things he did to her and that Sec doing...wow, it's still the middle of the drama, can't wait to know what's gonna happen next...

The Great Episode Keep Coming....

This was another great episode. The story is getting very good. The look on the club M guy?s face when Jae Ha told him of was priceless. I can't believe the means and power Club M have. They are able to donate 50 Million Won to the Royal family just for them to fall into a trap. They will for sure be a difficult opponent.

I thought Jae Ha going and threatening the prime minister for Hang Ah was really cool. But Hang Ah doesn?t know he did that she thinks he abandoned her and stopped watching her trial to have fun and party.

I loved the dream Hang Ah had. It made you understand the way Hang Ah is feeling a bit more. You could tell that she was still hurt by the shooting and was afraid Jae Ha would betray her. That she doesn?t fully trust him.

This was another great episode I can't wait to watch the next one.

so here we are

at episode 9 and I am floored. Secretary Eun is a total ass!!! The ending of this episode is heartbreaking. I can't wait until Sec Eun is busted.
Poor Hang Ah waking from a nightmare of being shot. I wish she had totally trusted Jae Ha, but it wouldn't be a drama w/o a lovers spat.
I truelly don't think Jae Ha knew which end was up when Hang Ah went off on him.
About to watch 10 and I am freaking out that he might really send her back to North Korea!!!

Who complicates things?

Here I am again, after watching ep.9 Gawd, I can't even think of a reason why I should still watch it if the "One" who complicates things will still be in the drama. Who would it be? Take a guess. .. He has eyeglasses on and is already old. Yeah, you got it, it's the King's secretary. He knows for a fact why the late-king passed away, he's just in the denial stage because he knows in his heart that it was his fault from the very beginning. Damn! Not only that, he even let Hang-ah and Jae-Ha feel so far with each other and let them realize that they don't support each other. My heart broke into pieces after seeing the last scene of this episode. I'm not even annoyed with that club-m man, I'm more annoyed with the old man. I hope in the next episodes, he'll realize his wrongdoings. Loooking forward to the next episodes though.

politics

I am a little disappointed at the amount of time they dedicated to the evil man in this episode. Time which would have been used a lot more meaningfully to show us Hang Ah and Jae Ha interactions, so beautiful they are together.
The political developments, on the other hand, are absolutely necessary to the plot, as they mirror the lovers's situation on a grander scale. It's too soon for those two (meaning HA/JH and North/South Korea) to trust each other, and good will - or love - are no longer enough.
The machinations of the secretary are so frustrating, I'll call him Iago from now on.
Another pair of incredibly moving scenes in this episode, and brilliant Ha Ji Won, who, in the space of 9 episodes, has shown so many different sides of the same character and made it believable it leaves me speechless.

When in doubt... choose to trust...

EDIT: I'm already sure in one thing... I'm not gonna make it till the end with normal mental health... I'm sure...
So this episode is more like a base laying one for the next episode.
Secretary Eun is going deeper and deeper in his hide-my-tracks mission, even starting to play with Jae-Ha's and Hang-Ah's feelings (you just did what, old man???) The moments when Hang-Ah needed Jae-Ha so much (after the trials) he wasn't there for her. Of course, we get to see his side of the story too, as he's protecting her honor like a badass (10 points to Jae-Ha for threatening the prime minister), but she doesn't know of it, and all she gets to see is him throwing her to the wolves and then not being with her after she has survived the attack...grr...
I'm liking Jae-Ha and Bong-Gu in the same room... damn... so creepy... but it just feels SO RIGHT to see Bong-Gu thrown to the floor and kicked by Jae-Ha's, should I call it 'ignorance (?)'!!!
The BEST part of the episode in my opinion, was the dream Hang-Ah had... so damn scary, but at the same time so symbolic... we can see, that she's still hurt from the shooting incident and still can't bring herself to trust Jae-Ha a 100%, but it also sinks in, HEY~ she actually LOVES this man, and is afraid he might kill her one day, isn't that AWESOME? Could you do that? I admire this woman!
The ending breaks my heart... Ah~, Jae-Ha... you just can't tell a girl you like her and get the world... that doesn't work like that...
