Earth shattering

This episode took my breath away. I found it so painfully real, which makes it specially sad. The main actor did an outstanding job.

Amazing but tragic episode.

This was a beautiful episode, in the sense of how it was written and acted out. I started watching this because I thought it would become a romance, you know, a boys love show with the starting plot being a fujoshi friend. But it’s so much more, I don’t think it’s a romance but it’s such a beautiful show. It’s truly coming of age. I cried just at the sheer reality and realness of what he was experiencing and at the pain he experienced all because of his sexual orientation. It was tragic, throughout the episode you felt what he felt- the acting was stunning by every actor. I really wanna punch Iida. Poor Jun, he doesn’t deserve this. I love him so much I really hope nothing bad happens. Him attempting (he survives from what the teasers show) suicide was heartbreaking, I cried but most importantly I realised this is what so many people go through. I’m gonna make sure I never say anything that could affect someone without knowing it. I’m blown away by how brilliant this show is, I really wasn’t expecting this quality. It’s so much more then just a show, it’s Juns story, it’s every LGBTQ+ persons story. And it’s still happening. You understand every character and it makes it hard to hate them (I hate iida but I know why he thinks that even if it’s based entirely on ignorance aswell as the other boys and how they think that way due to unhealthy stereotypes portrayed about the lgbt in media) whenever I rewatch a part I notice something else, like a minuscule peace of acting or find out the reason why they did something. Eg I originally thought Jun attacked Iida in retaliation but after rewatching i realised it’s because of what he said about queen etc (probably was obvious for others but it took me a sec). This is one of the few BLs I’ve watched (apart from itsay) where I’ve been blown away by the story thats portrayed, even tho it’s not a romance I’m captivated and completely stunned by the quality of this show and how breathtaking it is. So far this has been the most heartbreaking episode, but I hope that the only way is up for his mental health and Miura aswell, she’s truly a great friend and I really hope next episode is better for Jun and how he’s treated or views himself. I’m gonna stop writing caus I could probably write a paragraph but this episode was beautifully heartbreaking, so far the series is one of the best I’ve seen. It’s not a BL, rather a coming of age story. I’m just amazed.

Also: The queen music accompanies the show so well, how he was playing “save me” when he went to Miura for example. The fight sequence was sad but I couldn’t look away.
The last speech before he episode ended was beautiful aswell.
