Ha Young gets to interrogate Ki Tae first. He manages to make Ki Tae confess through his listening and questioning technique which allows the suspect to share his personal stories. However, the more Ha Young listens to Ki Tae’s brutal murders in detail, the more he cannot stand his madness. Meanwhile, the police cannot find his weapon, which is the supporting evidence to charge him for his crimes. (Source: Viu)

Whoa... this episode was intense! And pretty heartbreaking as well seeing how the talk with Nam Kitae cause so much distress to Hayoung. Like he needed to build rapport with the guy to get him to confess everything yet by doing so he had to listen to every twisted idea the guy had about the things he did. For someone with a strong sense of empathy, doing this can't be easy on their mental health.Really hope that the other detectives would start to appreciate the work Hayoung and his team did (generally the works of profilers) and not just because he got the criminal talk, as the things they did to delve into the minds of criminals isn't really an easy thing to do.

put of watching this ep, cause i read all…

put of watching this ep, cause i read all the comments mentioning Song's breakdown. and even though i knew it was coming (considering how he was "cracking" in the previous ep) wasn't ready to view it. so even though it was bad, wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. this was a Very dark, morbid ep and yet it was really good (if u get what i mean).also found it ironic that i "hurt" at Nam Ki Tae's childhood trauma and life-story in general. cause in-spite of all the depraved psycho's we've seen to date, he is the one - that really got under my skin - like hated him with a vengeance. so feeling any compassion for him - didn't think i would have it in me - of course that feeling evaporated the sec he went on describing his addiction/enjoyment in killing etc.. obvious dude is nuts, but also reaffirms what sick, pathetic nobody he is - cause in all his murder's, he never went looking for the guys that hurt him or other's like them, but Always search for "easy" weaker victim's. really sickening having to sit there - remain calm and let him go on and on... *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the reporter deserved to get his ass beat - he and his ilk deserve worse. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the new psycho - only me who will play deaf and dumb especially when i'm all alone at night, at a bus stop and not be able to help strangers? so getting into a stranger's car pssh not on ur life. also that scene for whatever reason, reminded me of "I Saw The Devil" is this case connected to that movie's plot? (even though that movie isn't based on real life - that i know, so idk just a feeling ).
