Three Stars

took me a while to make-up my mind to continue watching this - what with how it ended in the previous ep and it was bitter sweet - ironically for-tellable... just was sure the "grand-gesture" would come from Kurokawa. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
but before get to that - have to say, i really don't like Hiyama (and i know i'm bias towards Kurokawa), so it's obvious why i dislike his advisory and maybe cause of that, everything he does is viewed with tons of skepticism - like the whole incident with Aono. i don't think he was that praise worthy - yeah Aono was in a risky situation. but Hiyama startling him, put him in more danger - in my POV. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
Kurokawa and Yukiko, i "get" both their POV's - i just wish they used their words and didn't end up having truthful conversation with themselves - what is the point? ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************
at the start of any relationship, when u really love someone and r finally in a happy place with them. u don't want anything to come between u - and a sacrifice such as a promotion, letting that go doesn't feel like a sacrifice. cause there is something more important in ur life. that u can't give up. ****************************************************************************************************************************************as an adult that has been supporting himself since he was a child, Kurokawa knows what he wants and what's important to him. Yukiko should've voiced her worries/insecurities instead of pushing him away, hoping he would chose work over her. and in her case it was more running away from the situation, let alone deciding what's good for Kurokawa, instead of hashing it out and working through the problem. ****************************************************************************************************************************************the argument "it's for my partner's good, so it doesn't matter if i hurt them in the short run..." is a tedious plot-point, over done trope and and not really praise worthy . be truthful and voice ur worries, but it is what it is... ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************the sister, she's sweet - but dude u aint a man - so Shishio wont ever see u as anything but a good bff - she keeps shooting herself in the foot with her delusions. so can't feel sorry for her
