Xin Qi has a relapse just as he was proposing to Min Hui. He changes his mind, however, since the surgery to help him is risky and he doesn’t want to hinder Min Hui’s chance of a good life should thing go awry for him. Despite the uncertainty, Min Hui holds steady and true to becoming his wife, though Xin Qi remains hesitant.
