This deserves more recognition tbh
I loved this, the story, the acting, the OSTs, the visuals, everything about this drama was giving what it should, the story was unique, enjoyable and not boring at all the only flaw in the story is it needs more interaction between the male leads (by interaction I mean kisses, hugs, cuddles, etc,) I felt like we didn’t get enough but it was still cute enough to feel those aspects without seeing them often. (but then again “Love is like a cat” and cats are not very affectionate right?)I would recommend it to anyone, don’t get discouraged from watching this just because of hate comments, reviews or lower ratings, everyone has their own standards and in my opinion this should be at least 7.5/10⭐️overall.

Cute
Confused as to why it wasn't called "Love Is Like A Dog" but it's cute.It started slow although I think the leads had chemistry despite not speaking the same language. I think Mew's acting was pretty decent here. Personally wouldn't watch it again but it was an easy watch and the characters were interesting.

Not good
I don’t really mind the idea of having two people from different countries speak two different languages and understand each other, but imo it was really obvious that the actors didn’t really know what was being said and where just going by script. Or at least that’s what it felt like.There was really no chemistry at all between the two leads, to a point where I felt uncomfortable watching.
The plot, well idk. It’s a short series so not much can happen but still it all felt very strange.
Strange to a point that it was almost sort of hilarious. So I guess that’s a redeeming quality. I don’t feel bad about finishing it since it was very short afterall.

It's not perfect but it's not that bad
Okeii .....it is true that I started this drama bcoz I like mew? and I was really disappointed by seeing the rating .But I m glad I decide to watch the series leaving ratings aside.it is such a nice and cute series.i really love the bilingual concept.the cast and ost are also good.i have watched till episode 8 and I really like the chemistry between pi Uno and dae byeol(yes,I know the chemistry can't be seen by these little scene),I m now looking ahead for coming episodes ...and more cute and fluffy scenes ?.atlast I just want to say that if anyone is hesitant or confuse whether to watch this series I will say that go for it .....Was this review helpful to you?
Cute and feel good story
I had really enjoyed watching the first two episodes, can't wait for more... I love PiUno, a cold and arrogant man outwardly, but actually a little boy lost inside. Although there's language barrier, Mew's performance is good and natural. Not to mention he's so so handsome and sexy. ? silly, stupid, and simply superb
Let's start out with the basics--Was this a good show? No, not at all. Was it my favorite show to watch every week and did I have an amazing time? Absolutely. She contains multitudes. This show is not a deep and meaningful exploration of love or masterpiece of storytelling. But it's short and it's sweet and it's very, very cute. If you like Mew or you like Just B or you like your romcoms a little (lot) goofy with quick, convenient endings, you'll enjoy it here! But there's not much more to it than that.- The Full Review -
STORY:
This story is wildly paced. A slow start, an abrupt end, and about a dozen odd changes in pace and tone along the way make for a... unique viewing experience. Simplifying the plot and doing away with some of the extraneous plot threads would probably have better suited the run time, as well as tempering the hidden traumas to match the lighter tone of the script.
That said, it's fun! The reality show was a cute concept and it the script handled the humor well. The characters were charming and it was easy to root for them through all the mess.
ACTING:
I love Mew, and I think he's a wonderfully charming romcom actor. He's got a very lovable loser energy that boosts his characters transformation. My only real complaint is that I never bought the brooding bad guy persona. JM was a surprisingly good match for him, with an understated and genuine chemistry. His character was quite subdued, but still offered a range of personality without feeling stale or one-note.
PRODUCTION:
Lol. Lmao even. Why is there one dog at the dog cafe? Why are the translation earbuds splatter painted? Why does the manager have a giant painting of Uno with a guitar in his office? What was up with the rooftop pinterest tent? Many decisions did not make sense here. They didn't necessarily *hurt* the show, but it did make it feel... additionally amateur. Better choices could have been made with the budget they had.
INTIMACY:
Truly, I am including this category because it made me laugh so hard I cried. Why did this company evil edit their kiss? We know Mew can kiss. The footage suggests they can both kiss (Sorry, JM, I don't know you like that). Why did you cut 7 times and then start filming the back of his head? What... what was going on here? I just want to know what was so scary about a simple kiss that you had to ruin your own moment that way.
In all, I had a great time and I would watch it again... But I'm not sure I'd recommend it to the average viewer. If you're looking for something silly and fun, this might be a good, quick watch for you! If you don't like BLs that don't invest in their own story, this is probably not going to tickle your fancy.

Acting actors and storyline
This is a new movie, and although I can't say much about the plot, it definitely caught my interest. The actors' performances were impressive, especially Mew's. Despite working with actors who spoke a different language, he flawlessly portrayed his character and seamlessly interacted with his co-stars. He fully embodied his role and made it seem like he was truly living his character's life.

Sweet and light story
Both episodes was great?.I love how natural the scenes look knowing the language difficulty. Mew's performance is amazing, how he reflects every emotion of the character. Add Mew don't speak corean but he is assemble perfectly his performance with all the cast. It was short but it leaves me looking forward to next Monday.

Thoughts after the first two episodes
Filmed two years ago, I can’t believe we finally get to see this on air. Thoughts just from watching the first two episodes that aired.So from the first two episodes, a lot didn’t happen. It was more setting up the rest of the show for me. I found some scenes hilarious, some cute, and some that seemed like they weren’t needed in my opinion.
As far as the language goes, I think The Koreans seemed more comfortable of course because it was produced by them and everyone spoke the language. I applaud Mew for trying something new and stepping outside his comfort zone. I was sure some people, who didn't know about the studio behind this, obviously would struggle and possibly have issues with the language switching. However, I think the drama explained it well in the first 2 episodes. People in multilingual homes would probably be able to relate to the fact that you can understand but not speak a language. So I think it's entirely plausible for Piuno to be able to do the same.
Also, this is the premise of all the shows this company has and will be releasing. Thai actors will be speaking in their language and Korean actors will be speaking in theirs. After doing some research, I saw that of the remaining films, Wuju Bakery was filmed last after and a new production team took over. So how they go about the language thing, we will just have to wait.
As far as the acting goes, I think everyone did a good job but it's the first 2 episodes and I think there is room for improvement overall. But I do want to address Mew's acting specifically. I’ve seen some of Mew's recent dramas and I can tell his acting has improved a lot since this was filmed before them. But I don’t think his acting was as bad as people making it out to be. Also, it’s clear some of you just have a bias to begin with when it comes to him.
Lastly, I wish the episodes were longer to be able to fit things in more smoothly and expand on things a little better.
Will be looking forward to seeing how this plays out over the next episodes to come.

Amor por tus animales
Aunque al inicio parece avanzar lento me gusta mucho a medida que avanza pues nos presente varios puntos como el maltrato a animales y la conección entre pi uno y su perrito también como con Dae va superando su miedo al punto que ambos se ayudan mutuamente y forman un vinculo bonito que termina por enamorar a pi uno y dae.
