how to register for weibo?

Hello! Did you get the error (8517) as well or was it just (8521)?!? Did you use the website, yellow weibo or weibo intl? I'm considering trying on my computer (but it says that I send too many SMS even though I sent none lol)... :( And how long did it take for you to manage to complete the registration?

I use android app and no problem here
