  • Majo no Jouken

    1. Majo no Jouken

    Japanese Drama - 1999, 11 episodes

    10

Absolutly loved the story about the forbidden love between a female teacher and her male student. The way the storie goes was super intense and I loved every moment of it. This show had me laugh, cry and actually screaming in anger because some of the characters are freakin ' psychos. XDDDD

I know it's a taboo theme but you might just give it a try and will like it as well in the end.

  • Life

    2. Life

    Japanese Drama - 2007, 11 episodes

    10

This was one of the first few japanese Dramas I watched and it's still one of my favorites. The stroy  about bullying was heavy and there was so many harsh things happening to the lead character. I remember that I was speechless the first time I watched it.  However there is also the friendship that buildes up and the main lead will get stronger because of that, that's abig reason why I love this so bad and also everyone has a reason for what they doing, you sometimes juts can't look behind it.

  • Project S: SPIKE

    3. Project S: SPIKE

    Thai Drama - 2017, 8 episodes

    10

This is definitlye my all time favorite (non-BL) thai drama. SPIKE has it all an interesting story, great characters with good development throughout the series, some of the best friendships and really good actor. You NEED to give this a try!

  • Project S: Skate Our Souls

    4. Project S: Skate Our Souls

    Thai Drama - 2017, 8 episodes

    10

After Spike my second favorite thai drama. I love how the portrait the feelings of the main lead and his emotional ups and downs because of him having depressions. I love how the friendship is build up and all around the coming of age. I like that it touches the relation ship of father and son and how important it is to really listen. This is a drama that might drag you down becaus I felt it's pretty heavy on the heart but it's still so worth it.

  • Tumbling

    5. Tumbling

    Japanese Drama - 2010, 11 episodes

    10

Another sports drama about friendship but I LOVE these so bad. Tumblig is one of my favorites not only because of the great cast but also because this had my emotions on a roller coaster. I cried with the guys, laughed with them and hopped for a happy until the last episode. These characters stole a place in my heart and therfor this drama had to be on this list.

  • Scent of a Woman

    6. Scent of a Woman

    Korean Drama - 2011, 16 episodes

    10

To be honest I don't even know how I managed to end this drama. It got my cry in every single episode and I actually really don't enjoy these extremly dramatic dramas. It is the chemistry between the two main leads that still kept me watching. Oh my that chemistry still gives me goosbumps. They have been perfect for each other. But not only that, there were some great side characters that I really loved. Besides that the lead actress was potraying the feelings so well, I had to feel with her (that's why I cried all the time). Amazing work in my point of view!

  • Tokyo Juliet

    7. Tokyo Juliet

    Taiwanese Drama - 2006, 17 episodes

    10

I saw that this got a pretty bad rating but I don't care I do remember that I absolutly loved this drama. The main couple was pretty uncomplicated, it was more the story that got me in rage. Especially that stupid designer always stealing her work, I clearly remember how much I disliked him.

  • Gokusen

    8. Gokusen

    Japanese Drama - 2002, 12 episodes

    10

I am sucker for dramas like this and Yankumi is my hero!! This was the start for me into a drama genre and I never regreted it. I absolutly LOVE this one and all the following ones.
