Touching Final Episode

If we keep fighting like this, in the end we'll all perish together. Now I understand why, despite not having any more screen time than the others, Cobra is the main character. Now I know why Murayama admires him so much. Chiharu, though? Yamato and he are the love story of this series. What a bond. Cobra and Yamato's conversation with Noboru was beautiful. The ending fits the story and sets the stage for season two with the introduction of a mysterious new group.

Who Are You Calling a Crab?

The Daruma group is so dramatic. It is funny. Dan's shopping cart is my favorite fight move now. This episode had the funniest fighting scene. Chiharu's elevator plan cracked me up. Wounds from fighting will quickly go away, but bonds will never disappear. I like this quote.

A Second Chance

People make mistakes, but they deserve second chances. This is the message of this beautiful episode. Tettsu's taking photos of every moment makes me laugh, though."You two look pretty good together." Even Tettsu ships Yamato and Chiharu.

Can You Burn Your Past?

Yamato is protecting Chiharu like they are soulmates. He is my favorite character. I like that he is not quick to judge people.

This Episode Was Great

The figting style of Rude Boys is so cool. They had the most entertaining fight scene so far. I am torn between liking Lala for how kind she is to the people and disliking her for deceiving Dan. Chiharu, though? I wonder what his reasons for being involved with the wrong people is.

What a Twist in the End

The old friend has got involved with the bad guys. I appreciate the background information about Noboru that this episode provided. The White Rascals are scary, but it is cool how they appeared out of nowhere while chasing Dan.

It Is Getting Interesting

The White Rascals' protecting women is admirable. This is the gang that I would like to join. When Cobra was more anrgy at Dan for being seduced by a woman than for getting them in trouble with the White Rascals, I had a great laugh. xD

Chiharu and Yamato For the Win

Chiharu is a braver version of Jamuo, and I like him a lot. Yamato is the one who shines the most among the Sannoh guys for now. Tettsu is also cool, though. He acts all rude and cocky, but it is obvious that he is a nice guy. "You come here." The sexual tension between Cobra and Murayama has no business being this high. Their fight was the highlight of the episode.

Murayama Is Already Obsessed with Cobra

The sound effects for Oya High have no business being this funny. I change my mind about Cobra and his gang – the girls in red are my favorite characters. Naomi and Yamato's mother are also cool.

Sannoh Association Are So Cool

I already like Cobra and his gang. I think that I will be rooting for them the most. I also know now where Cobra's legendary red scarf comes from. This episode was fighting without any plot, so I am not giving it a ten star rating.

A Star of Hope

This series is great, but the ending exceeded my expectations. Heart-breaking, healing, and uplifting, it reminds us that friendship, love, and forgiveness are the greatest force for good in life.

Shinya and the Girls Win in This Episode

Shinya beat up the punks who hurt his brother and went to support his girlfriend at her clarinet competition immediately afterwards. Doka, Zumi, and Maho, though? They are the moment.

Doka-chan!

Madoka is the best girl – even cool Tsukasa is scared of her. As a girl who grew up surrounded by boys and lost her father, I relate to her character and struggles the most. Shinya and she are a great couple.

Wholesome

So many interesting things happened in this episode, but for me the highlight was the budding romance between Masaya and the cake shop worker Maho. When Masaya, a tough construction worker, gets all shy in front of her, he is really cute. I am also happy to see Arata get his life back on track.

The Plot Thickens

I like that even in a slice-of-life story the plot of High&Low The Worst delivers enough to keep the viewer invested. On a side note, Fujio and Madoka's conversation were my favorite part of this episode. Their friendship reminds me of mine with my best friend, who is a guy.
