Just one year since its opening, Hayami Rinko became the first female Asian chef to receive three Michelin stars. But soon after that, the world was hit by the spread of the novel Coronavirus, which dealt a significant blow to the food and beverage industry worldwide. “Grand Maison Tokyo” was no exception. In order to survive, it formed a capital partnership with a major food consulting company under a large corporation’s umbrella, and found a way to adapt to selling frozen food products through online shopping and a recipe website.
