Yin Chi is a Taiwanese director and screenwriter from Taipei . After graduating from Jiao Tong University with a degree in electrical engineering, he went to the United States to study electrical engineering at the Ohio State University, and after completing his studies, he went on to obtain a master's degree from the Institute of Film and Television at the University of California, Los Angeles. "In a Strange City", a CFA production, was his first feature film.
