Moon Jae Yun, known simply as Jae Yun and also as Alex Moon, is a South Korean-New Zealander singer, dancer and leader of 8TURN. The group is managed by MNH Entertainment and was originally named BOM (Boys of MNH) before deciding on their current name. He graduated from the Seoul Performing Arts High School (focusing on Practical Dance) and is currently a student in the Acting program at the Seoul Institute of the Arts. He was a trainee for Live Works Company between 2017 and 2018 and participated in the survival show "BOYS24" (was eliminated in the early rounds) and also entered "MIXNINE" (finishing in 50th place). He made his official debut on January 2023 as the vocalist and leader with the mini-album "8TURNRISE".
