Hu Ping was a Chinese actress & screenwriter born in Changsha, Hunan. She was discovered by revolutionary playwright Tian Han while working at a coffee shop. She then moved to Shanghai and was active as a playwright & actress. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, she was an active member of the Anti-Japanese National Salvation Movement & is thought to have passed away during that time. Edit Biography
